EDIT: The rental team is actually amazing and will do anything possible to try and help. I just want to make that clear.
The sales team, on the other hand, will do anything to save themselves a dollar and will ensure that they are the ones benefiting from any transaction (even though ironically they ended up avoiding a nice commission from me recently).
Specifically, Martin, who will not provide anything in writing (literally did not even provide one written document even though the law requires it) and will only agree to something that (at the time) sounds good verbally and will never actually respond in writing.
Ashor, who to be fair, was thrown in the deep end because of Martin; is happy to wriggle out of a situation and later claim it as "a misunderstanding" if it looks to benefit him and his company.

Rental agent, Darci Norris, is very efficient. She updates me with what is happening with my property rentals, both by phone as well as by email. I recommend this agent, especially in the property rental market.
