Syliva has been the managing Agent for our property in Artarmon since 1993 and over that time I have found her to always be a fair person and even handed when it comes to looking after both the tenants and land lords.
She likes to keep on top of any propery issues and will quickly address any problems that arise in order to come up with the best outcome for everyone.

Sylvia was the property manager for the apartment I rented for around 3 years. She was always helpful and responsible whenever I encountered any issues or had any questions. I can confidently state that Century 21 is a professional real estate agency and would highly recommend them.

My husband and I rented an apartment in Chatswood, never had problems with them until we decided to move out. What a night mare.
Jeremy is not been a nice person. He is not been respectful and he is booking inspection on the only day that I told him that I would be cleaning the place including the carpet.

I have rented a property in Chatswood over the past 42 months via Century 21 Seiwa Chatswood. This is a really great company to deal with. Over the period I have gotten to know the staff well. They are always professional, friendly, helpful, follow up on queries timeously, resolve any maintenance requests and are consistent. Applied for a lease and for some reason it wasn't "good enough" for them, our application got rejected, and we asked why we didn't get it.and they didn't bother to answer.good job you guys very professional.

Century 21 Seiwa is by far the best agent in Sydney! Sylvia has been the best agent anyone could ask for. Always takes exceptional care of the tenants, tenants smallest needs are looked into. Tim, Kim and the entire team are a pleasure to work with. Sylvia and the Century 21 Seiwa are always available and take great pride in their work and very good care of the properties that they manage.

Worst agent I have ever deal with. Handed in all documents to them but didn’t tell the result afterward as promised. And because of this we missed other houses.

If you rent a property through this agency be prepared for a very petty and picky inspection when you leave. Suspect there may be a mutually beneficial relationship with a cleaning company.

After renting for nearly 30 years it’s safe to say my partner and I have experienced a considerable number of properties, real-estate agency’s their staff and property managers.

We first started renting a property from Century 21 Chatswood in 2007, during this time we have had the pleasure of dealing with Sylvia Karamanian as property manager. Sylvia’s no fuss honest and consistent inspections have left us hoping to have someone like Sylvia as a property manager when we soon purchase our own. Attention to maintaining property detail while at the same time accommodating our own idiosincracies and needs, as well as maintaining the privacy and needs of the landlord is a skill we have observed that is sadly lacking in today’s real-estate market. Special mention also goes to Grace Coley who when Sylvia is unavailable gives us prompt and polite service on any matter relating to our rental.

We feel lucky to have found a great agency in Century 21 Chatswood and even luckier to have Sylvia as property manager.

Century 21 Seiwa has been managing my properties for more than 18 years. I am impressed with their team led by Sylvia Karamanian. She is most efficient and reliable. She always acts fairly to protect the owners interests, but also she always ensures the tenants get a fair go. I highly recommend century 21 Seiwa.

Worst tenancy experience ever. It was absolutely great while we were renting but getting our bond back and having the inspection ticked off was a painful experience.

Every inspection we had during our time we were told we were super clean and that the place was being well looked after and kept to a great standard. However while moving out we were told we were "disgusting" and "dirty" by Sylvia and that she was going to have to take full cleaning services and gardening services out of our bond because of the state we left the house in.

One example was the lawn being "overgrown". My husband is so OCD about any lawn and had spent 2 hours making it perfect, yet when we handed the keys back sylvia said she wasn't going to see the property for atleast a week! So yes. The grass grew over that time but we were no longer leasing it then and had handed the keys in.

She expected us to remove all the windows. Literally take every single window out and clean them on both sides. I did this and used the products that sylvia told me to use and apparently they were still unclean and had to be cleaned again.

It was insane. There were many other things she had issues with that were just stupid. Never again will I touch any property leased by these guys. They are unreasonable and sylvia is incredibly rude.

My husband and I have been most fortunate to have signed up, now over ten years ago, with Sylvia Karamanian and her team from Seiwa, the most professional managing agent we could have chosen.
