Century 21 Seiwa Chatswood

Rented a property managed by Century 21 for 2 years. Sylvia was always professional and prompt with allaying any issues or concerns we raised to the landlord and had things resolved promptly. Century 21 Chatswood run a tight ship and treated us respectfully as tenants.

As a tenet Sylvia has been awesome to work with. Great to have agents that actually respond and work with you and not just let the property fall to pieces.

C21 Chatswood were our property managers during our stay in Sydney, our stay was relatively trouble-free but when we needed C21 assistance, Sylvia was professional, polite and helpful on each occasion.

Worst ever agency. DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THIS AGENCY. End up you will go fair trading and fight. Very very rude no respect to tenants only owners side.
They withdrew my bond without my sign.
Bad manners.

I highly recommend Sylvia Karamanian. She managed my property as if it was her own. Highly professional & her attention to detail was very reassuring. When I purchase any investment property I will be hoping Sylvia will be willing to manage it again!

If you decided to have any kind of business with this agent, please be prepared to deal with their highly unreliable staff. Attempting to call the office to provide some feedback, but staff are not interested. Can't be helped.

I have recently finished a tenancy managed by Sylvia at Century 21. Throughout our 2.5 years there I found Sylvia to be very prompt at responding to requests or concerns, and she genuinely cared about making sure any repairs were carried out as quickly as possible. She was always very accessible, friendly and great to deal with.
It was clear from the outset that there were very high standards expected of us as tenants in terms of keeping the property in excellent condition, inspections were very thorough (e.g. Giving us feedback about our BBQ being positioned too close to a wall). I've told Sylvia that when I buy an investment property I'll be getting her to manage it as she is meticulous and ensures that the property is regularly inspected and very well maintained.
I'd recommend Century 21 to all prospective landlords as you will know your property is in good hands. For prospective tenants, you will know that you have a responsive & caring property manager - just ensure that you follow all instructions and requirements outlined in the handbook that you are given when you move in as Century 21 will ensure that the property is kept in the best possible condition.

I was a tenant with landlord managed the property directly. Jeremy and Sylvia were very nice and make the onboarding and vacating process easy and smooth. After I cleaned up the unit, there were some places need to clean up more. Sylvia had provided all assistance she could and even recommended products to do the job. Would recommend to others.
