I have rented through Adele for over 20 years. 3 Years ago when my last landlord decided to sell Adele personally found my wife and I a great alternative property to move into.

They on the ball and they care about my hard-earned asset. They do regular property inspections and take care with condition reports, they notice if anything is amiss, they perform thorough screening of potential tenants, and I mean thorough. If you are a dodgy tenant then save your time and don't apply - you won't be able to put one over them. Investors will understand the importance of having a property manager with low staff turnover - too many times I had called previous agencies only to find that the property manager who knew me, and my property's history, has left the joint.
