Undoubtedly the most personable and genuine agents I have encountered, treating me like family throughout my entire tenancy. They are highly professional, super-efficient and extremely reliable, keeping themselves contactable and available at any time - even to the extent of replying to one of my queries on Christmas day!

I have been a landlord (much as I hate that term) for 20 years and have used several property managers. Adele and her team are easily the best. They on the ball and they care about my hard-earned asset. They do regular property inspections and take care with condition reports, they notice if anything is amiss, they perform thorough screening of potential tenants, and I mean thorough. If you are a dodgy tenant then save your time and don't apply - you won't be able to put one over them. Investors will understand the importance of having a property manager with low staff turnover - too many times I had called previous agencies only to find that the property manager who knew me, and my property's history, has left the joint. Happy to say this has not been a problem at C21 Property Connect.
Update: It's 3 years since I posted the above review, during this time Adele and her team have continued to operate to the same high standards. I can only reiterate what I said above.

It would be nice if they return calls on enquiries, another real estate agent with a big ego. Absulute discust not even a call back. Shame there is no zero rating! Adele should at least show some care.

We are so grateful to Adele, Marcus and the team at Century 21, for there excellent work in selling our property. Adele firstly managed our rental property, and then went on to sell for us. Adele went above and beyond our expectations, with both managing and selling our property. We never once had an issue when renting the property, which was due to her selection in tenants and management. When it came time to sell, Adele was on it! Her promotional material was amazing, her communication and efforts were 100%, achieving the best possible outcome for us. We will definitely be recommending Adele and her team to anyone looking to rent or sell their property.

He showed me a rental first thing Monday morning when I called to request a viewing and I found out I was successful within an hour of viewing the property. Adele is absolutely fantastic to work with. She made everything so easy and was very helpful to me as a first time renter. She went above and beyond for me. She even put on her joggers and filled her car with my belongings to help me move when I was evacuated due to beach erosion as she knew I was on my own.
