Dealing with John Kalianiotis at Century 21 Bankstown was absolutely refreshing. He was straightforward and direct with us from start to finish. The entire process was simple and I dare say easy. John and his team took care of everything and were exceptional and professional. I would easily give more than 5 stars if that was an option.

A few months ago I was putting deposit to buy a house with these cheaters till they confessed me to forget about it "was really good value " and wait for another house they claimed is better value.and was auctioned. And was sold for way over my budget and I end up looking the first one. Finally I found out they wanted me to pull out because they had better offer. Dishonest and theives.

For rental properties, I must say renters beware, and property owners beware! Been waiting MONTHS for a fence to be repaired as it's almost to the ground.

The risk of injury upon us and the neighbors is very concerning.
Many phonecalls and photos sent over to them but still nothing done about it.

I actually feel sorry for the owners of the property since it will cost them much more to repair this damage since it was not attended to in a timely manner.

The tenant at the property also informed us of a leak in their ceiling/roof and have also been waiting MONTHS for it to be attended to.

Absolutely disgraceful and a lazy approach to honoring their contract as an agent.

Recently I looked at this unit n fell in love with it. John made us feel comfortable n was quite a humble down to earth honest man who stayed with us on the price all the way. He kept his word.he went out of his way to make sure we were looked after. His honesty was second to none. Thank you John for your consistency n communication. Especially in these hard lock down times.i recommend John for any future buy / selling.we could not have picked a more proficient n reliable person who was dedicated to look after his clients n give them a stretch to their dollar. If you have a choice, don't deal with Peter. He's really rude unless he can smell that he can get money from you, then he acts all nice and easygoing.

Been dealing with at least 9 different agents lately and he's definitely one of the bottom two in terms of being a genuine and honest person.
