Tom Maruschko has been the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with.
Our family were selling my Uncle's house, he was elderly, and the place needed to be re-vamped.
Nothing was ever too much effort for Tom, he either answered phone calls immediately or promptly returned my calls.
Of the many things that had to be done, all were finalised on time and dealt with in a very professional manner, nothing was ever too hard.

I've been renting with many agencies, I have to say this is the worst agents I've dealt with. You report things around the property during tenancy and they don't respond. You advise them of problems during their annual inspection they take picture but don't act upon it and at the end of it they impose liability upon tenant.
I don't recommend leasing through them.

The property was left in a clean state (receipts of end of lease clean up available.) thats how they try to lie and accuse tenants. Also they conduct their inspections alone with out the tenant being present so they can accuse u.

Peter was professional and understanding from the get go in the selling of my parents property they held for 50 + years. Sold the house for a great price in 2 weeks. He made the selling process for them very easy and unstressfull. Definitely recommend him for sales in the area. Great job!
