Century 21 Harbourside

My experience was focussed on our agent partner Megan Sealy after a reference from a friend.
She managed our property through some tough issues with tenant and COVID-19 and a separate sale of the property. She was outstanding and I would not hesitate to use her again in the future.

As a tenant of a property leased via Century 21 Harbourside, I can attest to the quality of the service and the professionalism of the staff, particularly that provided by Megan Seeley.

This is my first time renting. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I have never known any Business who have a couple of very bad mouthed employees who are very disrespectful and always to "busy" to reply or respond nicely.
I think it's time to get out of the job or be retrained due to the lack of Empathy and plain old common courtesy.

We have a few properties managed by Fay and her team and we cannot fault her. Professional, organised, helpful and trustworthy! I have also recommended her to friends and family, nothing is too difficult for Century 21 Harbourside.even our tenants love her Thank you Fay we appreciate your passion.

It's not often you come across professional, proactive and reasonable agents as a renter, but I've definitely found that in Fay and Megan at Century 21! They made moving during the height of COVID so much easier with prompt communication and just being great to deal with. 10/10 would recommend!

I had a very brief interaction with Fay, a year ago, when I was finishing up my tenancy at Neutral Bay. The whole experience has been extremely delightful, she was so professional and prompt with my requests, as a tenant, and my end of lease formalities were handled extremely well.

Worst renting experience in 15 years in Sydney.

Century 21 Harbourside Principal and their staff tried scare tactics to unlawfully retain portion of my bond money.

After wasting my time and time of NSW fairtrading department
they asked fair trading to windward the claim.

Don't be scared of such bully, stand for your rights.

This is my personal experience and I have evidence to back up all the claims I'm making.

- Unprofessional language
- Old broken furniture when we moved i, half I disposed other had to wait for a month to clear
- When moved i.dirty kitchen that agent said cleaners wont clean it I had to do it myself
- Dirty and smelly carpet which was informed to agent but they never steam cleaned
- Agent did not declared the property is mould infested (very scary and extremely bad for your health)
- No Repose to repairs - unless you offer to do it, pend your time, skills and labor

At the time of vacating property was improved and cleaner than before and they still wanted to deduct money form bond for cleaning.

The agents at Century 21 Harbourside are very professional; at the same time they make you feel befriended.

We were almost with them for two years and in this time every issue was delt with promptly.

With attention to our needs, they came across humble; when it came to inspection or moving in needs and moving out challenges, they came to our aid.

I Highly recommend this Century 21.

We rented through Century 21 Harbourside for almost four years and felt they were amazing managing agents. Right from the start, Megan responded to my rental enquiry, and then reviewed and approved our application, far quicker than any other agency we have dealt with. This efficiency continued right throughout our tenancy - any time we had a query or needed something repaired, Megan responded and made arrangements so quickly. We were very happy renting through Megan & Century 21 Harbourside and really hope our future agents will be as good!

Sadly the apartment was listed for sale, however the listing was through Fay at Century 21 Harbourside and she was also a pleasure to deal with and tried to make a stressful time as easy as possible. Fay stayed in touch throughout the sales campaign to provide us updates, and also tried to give us as much notice as possible before we had to move out which we really appreciated.

We were very impressed by Megan, Fay and Century 21 Harbourside in general - we would love to rent through them again in future and would highly recommend them to all renters and owners looking for property management or sales assistance!

Megan and Fay both were fantastic. We got our first lease from them and we didn’t know what to expect, we had a bit rough start at the beginning but it was all due to our misunderstanding. However, they were always there for us whenever we needed help with something. We are now renting with mint360 and oh boy! It’ll Mike we are dealing with robots lol. No hatred there tho. Just wanted to shout out to the team for making our stay nice. Thank you guys! Better late then never.
