Honestly I cant recommend Fay, Megan, Adrian and the entire team at Century21 Harbourside enough! They have provided service over and beyond their roles, have been extremely responsive, professional and lead with empathy in every interaction I have had with them. They have been looking after my property for over 6 years and came to me as a recommendation from a friend which I desperately needed after having so many bad experiences with real estate agents. They have exceeded every expectation with a level of trust and integrity that is unmatched in todays market!

Fay Petrou and her team at Century 21 managed the leasing of my 3 bedroom apartment in Neutral Bay for 5 years with exceptional professional service. As I was interstate working, I appreciated the level of commitment and advice that minimized the issues of remote leasing. I would entrust her team to manage my property again without hesitation.

I’ve lived in Sydney for more than 3 years now, and this was probably the most horrible experience I had. If you’re thinking of renting or buying a property from them, I’d say think again because these people are downright rude and they seriously don’t know how to talk to their clients. We kept asking them to send a handyman to fix certain things in the apartment, and it was overlooked until the end of our lease date. We also sent in a few requests and every time they just had a generic response to it. It actually felt like I’m talking to a machine rather than a human. If I get a chance, I’d like to teach them a lesson on soft skills, because they clearly don’t have any. I don’t think they even know what professionalism even means.

Very disappointed

I would give them 0 star if i could. Horrible people to deal with. Very rude, unprofessional and hard to speak to. I would say they are more of a scam than a bunch of agents. Left disappointed and trust me, they are only after money. So good luck to you if u ever have to deal with them. If you dont know how to be a realestate agent, just quit your job please instead of making people suffer, because its very unfair.

Century 21 has looked after my rental property for many years. Always excellent and attentive service and they provide great market insights.
