We first got to know Sunburst Holiday in 2017 through a holiday rental. We were impressed with them. We then asked them to manage our Coffs rental property, it is still with them. Now they manage a couple of our rentals. We are very happy with their team. Jesse is young full of energy, experienced level headed person! We just leave her to run her show, could not be happier with her service.

Century 21 has been a pleasure to deal with for me to rent out my home. Especially Jesse as she is very friendly and professional. Jesse made it very easy for me as she was able to give me great advice and all information required which enabled me to feel confident and comfortable as a first time landlord. Over the past three years I have had this agency property manage a number of residential properties for me in the Coffs Harbour area after I had several bad experience with another agency. It has been such a relief to have had this agencie's property manager Jesse managing my properties and principal Darcy assist a few times when Jesse has been on leave.
This agency also has a sale consultant Peter Darby on their team who I purchased one of my houses off almost 10 years ago and he too was very professional in all my dealings with him and I never felt pressured. As a professional myself in unrelated industry I very much appreciated their service as I work and live approx 3000km away from Coffs Harbour so having the Century21 Coffs Harbour team there looking after my properties really does help me sleep of a night.

We have the highest admiration for the team at Century 21. Their advice is sensible and balanced and their service is prompt, efficient and friendly. Our apartment was rented a week after our renovation to a great tenant. We could not be happier.

Great agency for managing our rental property. Jesse really goes above and beyond. This is easily the best choice for property management in the area.

The property manager has terrible communication skills and a complete lack of respect for tenants and their requests. Never any help or support offered during the tenancy. It took 6 weeks and multiple requests to get any action on a simple reimbursement. We had a horrendous experience with this agent, formally Sunburst Real estate.
