Great service - Very happy. From day one, Peter had to deal with a lot of information regarding my specific situation. Were unable to answer question I asked onsite. Several requests for information, most were not provided. I needed to seek clarification on info that was incorrectly provided- such as as amount of rent the currently being paid. I had been keen to make an offer but they appear more interested in delaying for a catch than actually engaging a cash buyer. As a female investor I felt I was not engaged until almost all couples had left. I have long stopped playing games with services who choose not to equitably engage 50% of the population. Another local agent has provided all info I asked for and accepted my offer within 24 hours.perhaps food for thought gentleman.

Jesse in Sales assistant and Belle in Property Management are very professional and responsible. Their customer service is excellent and their response is quick and accurate. I am very happy and lucky to have our investment property in Sapphire Beach manged by Century 21.
