Teresa has been such a pleasure to work with during my time in getting my property leased. Her prompt replies and professionalism in this space has given me immense peace of mind especially as I had a lot of initial questions with it bring my first time doing something like this. I did my fair share of research and called many other real estate agencies beforehand but they lacked in all fronts. Keep in mind this is during COVID - 19 lockdown in NSW and having a property in a potential 'hotspot', it naturally comes with its challenges.

Despite this, her team goes above and beyond what I was originally expecting. For those who are looking for a great experience - Century 21 in Wentworthville with Teresa is the best place to go to. I did not get random calls all the time or texts. I was not waiting on follow up communications as I knew exactly what the timeline was. No 'surprise' fees. I was kept in the loop throughout the entire way and their attention to detail was phenomenal.

I will definitely be spreading the service to my friends, family and colleagues should they be looking at property in the area as well. Hopefully the service maintains its quality in the long term but it is going fantastic so far.

I have recently moved out after end of my lease. The end-to-end process was seamless. Teresa went beyond my expectations for sorting out all end of lease activities. She is very professional and honest.

Overall a very good experience

Worst experience with Teresa Huang, she is worst unprofessional staff. She's rude with tenants and not helpful. If you will ask anything repaired or fixed, she will never talk to owner and will said no straight away. Very happy with my new agents for same property.

After this upper review I got a call from Branch Manager KEVIN and It was nice talk to him. I found him nice and understanding tenant sides as well. As he promised to look out about this case and will have meeting with staff, I'm changing my rating from 1 star to 3 star.

I would like to express a huge thank you and my gratitude to Teresa Huang. Leaving the property was quite sad as I loved the neighbourhood but mostly the way the owner and real estate agent (Teresa) treated me! The other team members are so friendly are wonderful too every time I dealt with them via phone call or email. Teresa was so understanding and compassionate with my personal circumstances - I was always comfortable to speak to Teresa when I had an issue and she never made me feel embarrassed. I highly recommend Teresa AAA+ extremely responsive and was so accommodating late - I recall very late one night when the tap was leaking and I was being a bit high maintenance and acting a bit menopausal - Teresa was very calm and was still responding to my late night emails at 1am - Teresa is definitively not one of those 9-5pm employees - she will still attend to customer queries promptly and even late at night I appreciate you so much Teresa - your attitude and services are very hard to come across! Not sure about the whole Century21 but our property manager Teresa Huang is Honest & Direct. These 2 qualities are hard to find and it works for us.
