DO NOT RENT WITH THEM AND DO NOT BUY THROUGH THEM! There service has been disgusting, poor and unprofessional save your self the headache and go else where!

As person leasing an apartment ill list a few of the issues we have had below

They keep hitting me up with dishonouring fees when funds are avaliable and has been affecting my credit history

They never fix any issues we have had such as gas leaks, water leaks and have been directed to be out of pocket for a matter strata and or owner should be covering

They never put forward my request to have rent reduced to owner and advised lack of evidence, not sure how much evidence they require after all they told us to isolate and have been able to go to work in weeks yet reduced hours isn't sufficient.

As mentioned above they never followed up with the covid case and never reported it either and have been stuck in isolating because everytime we step out 14 days isolation starts again

The list is ongoing.it's disgusting and frustrating that all I get is push backs and no help
