My husband and I have been clients of CSO for a couple of years and have always received excellent care. Although we make an appointment to see Norah or Bing for a remedial massage, all the team provide the same great treatment. Jordan and Dorian are our regular providers of osteo. With regular treatment the team have helped me manage neck, shoulder, and jaw tension due to stress and anxiety. The team are professional, friendly, and we always leave feeling relaxed.

Just wanted to share how professional and brilliant this place is. Harry (our osteopath) is super knowledgeable and brilliant in what he does. Four consultations in and am feeling excellent. Muscle and Joint Pain was painful but after seeing Harry, it is a thing of the past. Definitely recommend!

Friendly staff with phenomenal practitioners. I saw Amy through my pregnancy up until i was 36 weeks. Extreamly safe, very professional and offered lots of support, advice and recommendations as i am a first time mother. I continue to see her now and couldn't recommend her more highly. My partner also see's Sam (male) who fixed problems my partner has had for years in the first session.

Sally Lake from CSO has been looking after my wife and I for at least the last ten years. Her knowledge, professionalism and wonderfully calm approach to treatment has been key to this long-term relationship.

I go and see Kate for chiropractic/osteo and Tanya for acupuncture and Chinese herbs and on each occasion both have been punctual, accommodating to ensure I feel comfortable, professional, provide quality information and explain efficiently. These two lovely ladies are natural born healers, there’s a reason why it’s hard to get a booking! On times where I have not been able to acquire an appointment, Tanya has made an extra slot available to maintain my treatment. I am very grateful to be in the hands of people who actually care about healing others

I’ve been seeing Sally for about 5 months now and wouldn’t trust any other practitioner with my body. She is not only a wonderful person but she knows her field extremely well. Highly recommend if you’ve experienced an injury or just overall want to take a holistic approach to taking care of your body

Wowee to Sally Lake. For 3.5 months I had serious chronic pain on my calves, upper legs, spine. Did physio, back scans, blood tests, GP visits, painkillers, massages and no one could figure out what was wrong. Was recommended by someone who was treated by Sally and who described her as magic.just wanted to a massive thank you and wow for the first time in months I feel I might be able to walk without limping and be able to normal activities again. Rude receptionist - I called up to reschedule my appointment as my car battery is unfortunately flat and she told me to get a bus. I'm 37 weeks pregnant and will be taking my business somewhere a little more empathetic.

Been getting Chiro treatments from Sam for over a year now. Always feel 1000x better after a treatment. He's awesome!

They should rename this place Hogwarts, because everyone who works here is a wizard.

Anne has been THE best osteopath for me for the last 11 years and always gets my recovery right first time / if she is not available ive never been disappointed with her colleagues especially Mandy and Amy/ all my referrals to her clinic have been impressed with her clinic/ experience and enjoy her maintenance programs to sustain a healthier lifestyle.a down to earth approach and realistic exercise programs.

Highly recommend Sally Lake for osteopathic treatment, she was able to relieve chronic migraine related to issues with my neck bones and muscles. Doctor had prescribed painkillers and 3 separate phyisotherapists had made made the migraines worse. Sally also has a very gentle and caring bedside manner, and is knowledgeable on a vast range of medical and health outcomes, making for a very satisfied and happy customer!

Have been going here for a year. I used to really enjoy it as the osteopath are experienced and have chill personalities. Unfortunately though, something odd happened last week with the receptionists where money was demanded. I was really offended with thw way it was handled and communicated. I had to readjust and cancel some things off for that week's budget for it was my birthday picnic event the next day.
After making payment, there wasn't even a good-will wish from the receptionist to enjoy my birthday (the next day!) after the receptionists made fault for communication amongst themselves. Not even an apology. So odd and robot-like. Not sure what happened there but it really put me off making me realise there isn't a strong sense of community here (more of a patient and doctor clinic-like) but I always looked forward making that hour's journey here as I supported the great osteopath I would go to but I think that's the last of it. I don't want to deal with that again where receptionists cannot read emails properly, lack some charisma but most of all could not empathise or were simply ignorant. I do however recommend this place but do not expect to be remembered by or receive much social skills from the front staff - you're just another patient.

The best massage, osteopathy and acupuncture services in Sydney. I have a chronic lower back condition from a car accident and the skilled people at this centre keep me moving and able to function and become pain free. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending any of the practitioners at this centre.

11/10 recommend. Had the most amazing experience with Sam and I couldn't be any happier. Everyone is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable and at home. Like seriously I'm so happy that my family is getting really annoyed because I'm just giddy at this point rambling about how happy I am xD
