I suffered with a painful shoulder for over a year. I tried many remedies from massage to Accupuncture with others and with only 1 visit, Central Sydney Osteo, I was fixed. Thank you Anne for taking time out of your schedule and seeing me. I have been experiencing trouble walking and balancing. I saw Amy routinely in the last 2 months of my pregnancy and I can confidently say that I don’t think I would have had the birth experience I did without her. She relieved me of pregnancy related aches and pains, but also prepared me for birth by showing me stretches to promote an easier labour and encourage an ideal position for baby. She was also a magnificent support, easy to talk to and generous in sharing her wealth of experience and knowledge.

This place is awesome - ask for Lydia, she is a total gun. Super knowledgeable, practical, friendly and quick. Always does her best to fit me in. I've been seeing her since the aftermath of my first bub and into my second pregnancy. She is really good with women's health issues, goes the extra mile to try and help you manage and heal at home. The clinic itself is charming and homely. The reception people have always been super nice. And there is a really, really fat cat that hangs it in the waiting area and is partial to pats.

I endured back pain for a number of years to the point where walking, at times, was painful and difficult. After visiting Central Sydney Osteopathy to see Taylor Cope I am pain free and bounding about town like my younger self. All this after 5 sessions. I wish I’d visited years ago. I HIGHLY recommend Taylor and this practice.

After suffering with pain after an accident for one and a half years, and having tried a range of medical interventions (to no success) it was recommended I see Anna at Central Sydney Osteopathy. It took one visit and all the pain I had experienced had gone. This women has miracle hands, her ability to diagnose and remedy pain is second to none. I have learned so much from Brad Pitt, my preferred remedial masseur, & he gets me walking again when trad medicine can't. He is extremely knowledgeable & has helped me enormously in understanding why things go wrong, & this helps me manage my conditions.

All the practitioners I've had here are great, the receptionists are fantastic & helpful, it's a friendly & warm practice, but very professional. I am also very impressed that they are ignoring the latest COVID iso 'rules' so that when I go next week, I know the person sitting next to me doesn't have COVID.

Toss, the Security Cat, can be a bit aloof, but otherwise, top notch practice, you won't find better.

This osteopath so overconfident that he thinks he can fix all problems. Well he has caused more damage than any osteopath I have ever gone to.
Manipulation is not the only way to fix muscular skeletal problems especially in people with connective tissues diseases. Think don’t treat each person with the same formula.

What a beautiful practice! I had my first remedial massage here with Tania and she was fabulous. From pre massage, comprehensively understanding my concerns, the massage itself was incredible and I received great advice for future care. Will definitely be back!

My 19 year old son's back locked up, he couldn't move and was in a lot of pain. It took one session with Harry to sort him out. He was amazing! Plus he gave him lots of exercises and information to help prevent it happening in future. Really impressed.
