Overpriced and not personalised at all. 30 min massage then 5 mins with the osteopath. I had to cancel an appointment and gave more than 12 hrs notice, but was spoken to rudely for not giving more notice. I will never go back!

Shane is by far the most experienced and qualified professional in this field that i have ever had the opportunity too go to.
For small injuries to life long health issues you would like to resolve I would highly recommend him.

I have been coming to Central Coast Osteopath for over 10 years. I originally came because of a shoulder problem that Chiropractors and Doctors couldn't fix after 6 months and Shane improved it noticeably after my first treatment.

Shane and his team do a nice job of creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Shane is an excellent practitioner and I’d recommend them to everyone.

I have been to dozens of osteos around Australia over the years. Some treat you like a piece of meat to be trussed on the table, some like to lecture you on diet and lifestyle, some are very intellectual with pulses and meridians, others have treated me with electric muscle twitching machines and double as the town vet. Shane is unlike any of these. Quick, efficient, witty, empathetic - he is simply the best!

I've been seeing Shane for several years now for my back issues. Central Coast Osteopathy is a very welcoming clinic, with very professional staff, and Shane and the team are brilliant!

My experience started off positive, the massages were good, the dry needling and adjustments (and the offer of quick additional ones in appointments) seemed to help. However, after a number of treatments, I lost confidence that Shane actually understood where my problem areas were, and got the sense that he was more interested in pushing more appointments. Have stopped going back as the treatments were getting shorter (although the massages were still great) and he was quite rude on the phone when I tried to cancel any of my appointments. His go to seems to be "good luck getting in another time" then hanging up after saying "whatever". Not very professional. Also wondered a number of times whether the towels had been changed between clients (but that's just my speculation) as I entered the rooms which didn't seem to have been cleaned/reset for the next person. Have now found an alternative practitioner who I am much happier with.

Absolutely outstanding! I had a deep pain in my shoulder and Shane along with his team worked wonders in relieving it. They are wonderful, kind, professional and very good.

Received a reminder message for an appointment I can no longer attend so I called to cancel. Shane rang me back and I explained I can’t make it he was so rude and told he would never book me again. Give this guy a miss

The massage before the treatment is tailored to what you need that day with your massage therapist. Shane’s treatment is quick and effective and always a laugh. Ronda will rebook you and a sms is sent as a reminder, it’s so nice to have it scheduled and something I don’t need to follow up. I have been coming here for 18mths and always look forward to my next visit.

I’ve been seeing Shane for my aches and pains for quite a few years now always give me great relief because of my trade as a Sheetmetal worker now retired I continue my maintenance treatment to keep me flexible I usually have a n hour massage with the talented Rhys and Shane to do his magic after, if for any reason it hasn’t settled Shane always make you feel free to come in for a five minutes adjustment which is free not available at other places and the that makes a big difference, I highly recommend his services

I have suffered - and I mean SUFFERED - with my sciatic pai for years after having my children. I tried physio, massage, acupuncture and medications, all to no avail. Eventually I stumbled across Shane's practice and I am soooo thankful. One session and the pain was 80% gone. Two sessions and it decreased further. After third session it was gone completely! I actually still can't believe I am pain free! I teach fitness so need tune-ups are every 2-3 months because of the strain on my body, but the sessions leave me feeling like a new person - standing, walking and just overall feeling in balance and great! I literally recommend Shane to anyone who will listen! Can't say enough thank yous!

Appointments are 30 min massage and 5 minutes spent with the actual osteopath. When needed to cancel an appointment due to vertigo after the neck adjustments Shane hang up one me which I found very unprofessional.
The robes felt unwashed couple times at the end of the day.

Shane works wonders! I have been going to Shane for many years now as a nurse of 30 years Shane keeps me moving! Shane is also our go to guy for my teenagers for sports injuries! We love his humour and professionalism!
