Castlereagh Imaging

This place is shocking. I booked an MRI scan, took the day off from work and went to my appointment to find out they did a mistake and booked ultrasound and they can't fit me in today for MRI. They kept on apologising but it means nothing as they wasted my whole day.

Without a doubt Westmead castlerigh imaging are by far the best imaging company. There are never any issues. The staff are ALWAYS professional, empathetic, compassionate and kind. If we request them to bulk bill our patients (Specialist referral) there is never any questions asked. They always make space for urgent referrals. Thank you guys! It's much appreciated. We will continue to support your business and refer each patient to you. I will also continue to use your service for my own personal scans, if ever needed.

Best service, professional staff.and free parking.
After hours is a great option as it’s not as busy.

Receptionist and ultrasound sounds staff were so rude.never ever recommend this service for any one. I haven’t read the reviews in here before I go. Both has unprofessional attitude. They have to understand that people coming there are patients. This service is not at all patient friendly.

I have all of my tests done here because the staff are always lovely and helpful. The waiting room is never crowded and my tests are always done as soon as I get there. This place makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed.

They should get better training. Wasted 10 days of my time because their receptionists (yes in plural) don't know their work. First called, booked an appointment for 2 U/S and talked about preparations and everything, with the confirmation call, I was told it has been booked for only one of them and rescheduled. Then called again for confirmation and I was told I cannot do both at the same time.
In saying that, they are polite and friendly and trying to be helpful.

They are really te rude,
They asked for money to give the MRI straight away or to wait after 3 weeks.

My mother went in for an Mri this morning and she was a bit worried about it and the staff were so lovely and so understanding, we were looked after all the way through till the end
Would definitely recommend this place

Accommodated me extremely well and expertly undertook a very detailed MRI. Conveniently located with excellent patient parking.

Customer service is zero. Had to go for my wife's ultrasound at westmead centre and the staff at the reception are very arrogant and no customer service at all. Castlereagh as a brand is good but the RECEPTION staff at westmead are very rude. I wish I can give them zero stars. But the lady who has done my wife's ultrasound is fantastic, very patient, calm and polite. If the senior management is reading this review I will ask them to visit the centre undercover to see the RECEPTION staff's customer service.

Could not be more happier when I took my wife Sandy to Castlereagh Imaging 25th of Oct

We walked in and Sandy was taken to change for her CT Scan and in no time it was all over.

The staff and reception staff are all extremely professional and make you fee so very welcome and at ease.

Thank you for making Sandy's day as painless as possible.

Extremely professional setup. Lovely staff. For the few people who have to wait 20-60 minutes: it means they won't rush when it's your turn.

Prior to my appointment I was very anxious to have an MRI done, I was nearly not going to go through with it.

The staff at Castlereagh were so kind and helped me get through the lengthy process. They were prompt on time and happy to answer any questions I had.

They also offered me a coffee after my MRI which I thought was great!
