Mariam was so helpful and nice to deal with. Very upfront and helpful throughout the process. I dealt with 10-15 dealers looking for a car, Mariam was the only one who I felt was helping us buy a new car rather then trying to get the most money out of us. She was so helpful, not pushy, upfront with current offers and pricing, I can not fault the service especially after having a bad experience at multiple other dealers including 2 other VW's, Mariam was the best salesperson of the lot!

Jeremy was also the best sales manager I had dealt with. Instead of being an ominous figure behind closed doors that the salesperson runs messages to and from, he was out on the floor, friendly and directly dealing with us, a very refreshing experience. Multiple other dealers leave you sitting and waiting every time you have a question while they 'talk to the boss'. Jeremy was the complete opposite. Very polite, approachable and helpful.

The dealership itself is also has a very nice atmosphere, a lot of other dealerships make you feel intimidated and not very inviting. Also not a big deal but having the salespersons desk tucked away from the rest of showroom is a big plus. A lot of other dealerships have you trying to talk personal details etc in the middle of the showroom floor.

Overall I can not fault VW castlehill, a awesome dealership, friendly and inviting atmosphere with great staff. I could not recommend them enough! Our new t-cross is amazing and we are very happy we purchased through VW castlehill!

I hope you are running sales show at castle Vw. Today I dropped in to view models and there is white new Tiguan open without any sign. While open the door without getting in and your sales man called Peter nicely dress up and behind the car. Suddenly the car got locked then lady from around keys area told by Peter to lock this car. I have been told that car is sold but I told them there is no sign. I would advise Peter to get some manners and curtesy training rather than been very rude. I spoke to Wally he is top guy in your team.

I hope you will fix this issue if you wanted keep me and other Vw customers in good satisfaction level
