The team at Castle Hill Volkswagen are top notch by far. Even with stock constraints they are still very eager to make sure you’re informed about all the details and features of whatever model you’re looking at. I got my new Golf 110tsi from Wally who is great and helped guide me through all the different options available for what cars they were getting in. Kevin was also fantastic and really broke down all the different payment options and his clear explanations are easy to follow along even if you aren’t versed in finance lingo. From sales to the workers in the financial services department they all make you feel valued and are willing to go the extra mile for you. Couldn’t recommend highly enough

Worst service from a dealership I’ve ever experienced. Went in to buy a Touareg 210 R-Line and the “General Manager” had the worst attitude, so drove to the next dealership to spend my money.
If he’s the person training Miriam, it would explain everything!

Bad experience.

Was called after online inquiry about current offer and the person spoke on phone advised cars available and booked for test drive sunday morning.

Arrived store on sunday morning after half an hour drive, only to be told by the other person on store no cars available to test drive and no cars available as they are sold after i spoke on phone. What a waste of a sunday morning!

2 stars because both the person spoke on phone and store were polite and well behaved.

My wife and I were promptly attended to by Wally as we walked into the Volkswagen Castle Hill new car showroom. He showed us three cars, and thanks to his product knowledge, making up our minds was made much easier. We settled for a 2022 Tiguan!
That done, Wally handed us over to the capable hands of Belinda Valeria for finance application. Belinda gave us a list of items required to accompany our application. Once supplied, it hardly took 4 hrs before she came back to us with the good news.
Indeed, we could not have asked for more.
We must sincerely thank the two!

Mariam is the best! I had initially gone to Volkswagen to only test drive the GTI and Mariam was super helpful with explaining the features and difference between the GTI and R. I mentioned that I would think about it which she was completely fine about and then 2 weeks later when I had decided to order the Golf R I went straight back to her because of how professional and helpful she was. She went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience and the process was smooth. Mariam had kept me updated on the car the entire time and was very patient. Highly recommend her and Castle Hill Volkswagen! Thank you Mariam!

Shocking. Spent 15 minutes looking at a vehicle in the showroom, we were the only people there, and not a single staff member bothered to approach us (even despite one staff member having us clearly in their line of site, but being too interested in whatever he was doing on his PC). I get that supply is tough, and sales cycles are delayed, but courtesy costs nothing, and yet even that was too much, apparently.

Shout out to Jeremy, Sam and Mariam for helping me find my new car! They were super helpful, friendly and made the process so easy for me to trade in my old car for my new one. Keep up the good work guys!

Called to asked about a issue with my car to see how much it would cost, "charad" he said his name was answered the phone with "hello" followed by nothing.
Like he was answering a home phone but this wasn't the worst part he was chewing his food the whole time. And said no one was in service at the moment and will call back but didn't even bother asking my name or number or when to call back.
Great service for a 30 second phone call. Won't bother with this service department with the lack luster attitude.

We'd like to offer a huge thanks to Mariam and the team at Castle Hill Volkswagen for making the purchase of our vehicle so seamless. Mariam offered a fair negotiation process and went over and beyond to make the receival of our car extra special (we loved the bow, full tank of gas and the big box of gifts!).
