65Customer service is horrible. Lady at front desk needs to be sent to a basic course of how to interact with customers. Haven't come across such attitude and unwillingness to assist. First and last time I will voluntarily "enjoy their service" ("enjoy our service" is actually their theme and is shown on a plaque behind the receptionist: the irony).
I have found the staff friendly and helpful. The doctors are all thorough and professional in their consultations. This has been the best GP experience in Sydney, after a few failed attempts to find a helpful doctor.
Biggest Medical Centre from biggest suburb in North West in private billing! Can you believe it. Reading through the excuses from web FAQ are just pure greed.
Even with no doctors on site, the receptionist still helped us organise an ambulance for us and wait with us till they arrived. We attempted to then go to another medical centre in Castle Hill that was nothing but rude and arrogant. This Centre is brand new and facility looks amazing!
Poor customer service (as shown by their responses to the comments/complaints here).
Dr Nigel Grebert had dubious clinical skills and wrongly presumes all complex symptoms to be Anxiety due to he himself having anxiety.
