Been a customer of chmc for thirty four years, and yes still the same doctors. They are terrific, knowledgeable, genuinely concerned, and the nurses are just great too. Even reception is friendly and inviting and always has been. It's the breadth of things they cover also from physio to very specific skills and in a variety of languages to welcome new people in the area. A great package if you are new to the area, and if you aren't then you should try them, better doctors nurses and facilities

Great medical Centre, more importantly Dr Mir is the absolute best, great bedside manner and a lovely man.

It’s my first time seeing Dr Elaine Cheung, she is very detailed, explaining my issue thoroughly, patiently to me, she is caring and giving me good advices on my healthcare, I feel comfortable being treated by Dr Cheung.

If possible I would put minus star for this place.
MONEY IS THE ONLY MATTER IN THIS MEDICAL CENTER.
They charged me for providing a simple 2 sentenced letter.
If you don't pay for an invoice, they are very quick in emailing and calling you.

If you need something/letter or whatever, they always say, Drs are very busy and we can't promise and.

Terrible service, rude and arrogant receptionist

Definitely find another medical center and never go back again.

First practice in my 5 years in Australia, where I felt listened to by caring, highly educated professionals.

The practice itself over charges compared to other medical practices. The costs for a basic consultation it is over the average consultation price.

Some medical staff don’t do their due diligence before confirming a diagnose.

I have been with CHMC and Dr Geoff Morgans for many years, service great, pro active health advise, keeps me a fit active elderly fellow. Multi doctor practice so a doctor always available which is good to know.

Nice receptionist, clean and quiet environment as usual, GP Dr Elaine Cheung is very nice and helpful to the patient. I always book an appointment with her.

I appreciated being seen so quickly it relieved me knowing quickly what the problem. The staff were very friendly, thanks.

Reception is very good. Consultation of doctor gave fullest satisfaction. Dr. Andrew Wang was too good and very experienced doctor, clarified all doubts. I came out of medical centre with confidence of getting relief from symptoms of illness.

Dr Bennett is great I highly recommend him. The reception however are far from friendly. Getting through on the phone is always very time consuming.

Great doctors that really take an interest in you and your health and well-being. Doesn't matter if general health or a major issue like diabetes. Podiatry team are awesome as well.

Today I went in to book a flu shot. I was pleasantly surprised to be offered an appointment straight away. Process was painless as was the jab. I would like to provide feedback for Dr Amatul Ali. She has to be the most compassionate, knowledgeable, caring family doctor I have ever come across. She treats me as well as my daughters. She is always through-our listens to all your concerns no matter how trivial. Never makes you feel you are wasting her time. Always calls back after leaving messages. My family and I feel truly blessed to call her our family GP.

Fabulous local medical practice. Always a helpful and professional practitioner available with access to my family's medical history. Very friendly and helpful staff.

My wife and I have been seeing our family Doctor here for 33 years! Doctors, nursing staff and receptionists are wonderful. The care is second to none and now our Grandchildren are also receiving great care at the surgery, for us it is the only Doctor's surgery and we trust all advice given along with referrals for specialist Doctors.

Castle Hill Medical Centre has a good range of Doctors; having dealt with Dr Elliott, Dr Mosse and more recently Dr Hay, all of whom have been very helpful. Nursing and reception staff are always very friendly. Having x-ray and pathology facilities nearby is also quite convenient.
Only drawback is that they don't bulk-bill.

Dr. Ahmad Mir is a godsend, he is very professional and passionate about what he does, he gives the best advise, pays attention to what you are explaining and symptoms.
I recommend Dr. Mir to anyone seeking a professional, kind and brilliant doctor.
