63 I have just built a brand new home and needed bathroom products. Cass Bros have everything you need. However due to the EXTREMELY RUDE RUSSIAN sales lady I had to go spend my money elsewhere.
If you want business Cass Bros, I suggest you get rid of her. She has deterred myself and many people I know from buying from you.
Dreadful customer service - female sales consultant was rude and patronising to deal with, I can see I’m not the first person to experience the same thing.
I placed my order with another provider due to this. It’s a shame to see a company lose business due to one employees attitude.
Bought item online at a competitive price.
We saw from the tracking that the Courier was slow to pick up so contacted Cass Brothers. They followed up and the item was delivered very quickly after they chased it up. Really appreciated the service.

I have found Cass Brothers to provide an excellent service. Friendly, helpful staff & reasonable prices.
There maybe cheaper prices online but you have the benefit of a showroom to view the products.
I returned a tap today (nothing wrong with it) refund offered no fuss after they couldn't help me resolve my problem.
Would recommend & would shop there again.

Saw a guy with a grey ponytail grunting at customers, really not a good look if people are weighing up whether to shell out thousands in your store, totally put me off.
This store sells high quality bathroom fixtures and fittings. An excellent display and an extensive range of products really helps in making that final decision. Don't forget to take photos of existing items and measure the dimensions. Take a tape measure with you. Plenty of parking available, but you need to enter via the southern side of Parramatta Road (on the LHS when coming from the city).

Was given misleading information regarding delivery timeframe for an item I urgently needed. As soon as the item was shipped Cass Brothers took no responsibility in trying to resolve the issue to make sure I got it in time. Rubbish customer service
Fantastic showroom with a great range of products. Very helpful staff members, especially Agnes who was excellent and went out of her way to help us by suggesting better suited or higher quality products for our large renovation of our house & shop. We had to work through choosing items for 4 bathrooms and she was so patient. We are so pleased with what we’ve chosen - it looks fantastic. Thank you Agnes & everyone at Cass.
Really rude staff, particularly one older man who was absolutely disrespectful to me. I wouldn’t bother going here unless you want to be treated disrespectfully by the staff. An absolute waste of time - would rather go spend my money elsewhere.

Destination for renos, up market but some budget priced goods available. Large show room well set out.
These guys don't have the patience to provide advice to their customers. They are very poor in customer service. I previously ordered some products from this company and they have continually delayed delivery. This has made my job to be delayed and they refuse to do any refunds. This is not acceptable.
If one phrase could sum up my experience with a certain saleswoman at Cass Brothers it would be, 'Confusingly Rude'. I decided to buy a $2000.00 product from a store instead of a website because I wanted someone to help me out with the fit etc of a Toto Washlet. I could save money by buying the product somewhere online but I had called Cass Brothers and a really nice lady named Natalia had been incredibly helpful and offered to walk me through everything if I popped into the store. When I arrived I was greeted by a lady who told me that Natalia wasn't available. I told the lady that I was after a particular model of Toto washlet. As we started walking towards the area where I presume the washlets are she suddenly turned and said 'I hope you don't want any of the side control ones, we haven't had any of those in months'. Thankfully I was after one of the remote control washlets, but it likely would have been a good idea to have asked me what model I wanted. Anyway, to cut a long story short, she didn't know the toto model numbers and when I gave her the sku from the cass brothers website she told me that the numbers I was giving her were 'rubbish'. I was scolded for not taking photos and measurements of my toilet (I actually had done and had the information in front of me, but she decided that I hadn't - without checking if i had or not). To top it off, when she was taking my details I offered her my drivers licence as I thought it would be easier to take down my name this was (it's a Gaelic Irish name) she told me that my name wasn't Irish. I was willing to spend an extra $500 by going to a physical store but with customer service of this calibre from someone who treated me like dirt I can safely say that I'll never be back. Happy to speak to Cass Brothers Management if they want to know more.
I brought multiple items from the shop. When I went back to cancel one item, I was charged $100 cancellation fee. Won't back to this shop anymore, and won't recommend it to my friends as well.
Visited today and Carl was exceptional and I highly recommend him if you want to speak to someone who knows their stuff. He had such great advice on the practicality of different baths, basins etc and really listened to help me choose what would suit my family needs along with the style I was after. Very approachable, patient and a high expertise in this field. Thank you Carl for the exceptional service today especially when I only had limited time. Much appreciated,
Great range of products- unfortunately the lady who served us was snobby, and insulting. Found everything I want here but wouldn’t even bother because of that one sales person.
Ordered a replacement Billi filter which went missing with the Courier however Neal and the team at Cass Bros were prompt to investigate and provided high level communication and customer service. I now have my filter Yay! Thanks Cass Bros.
We need a new hot water system urgently as our plumber is coming out on Saturday to install. Ordered the wrong unit online at 11am Thursday but Cass Brothers managed to deliver the right unit on Friday 10am after calling them on Thurs 3pm to correct my order. That is < 24 hours from ordering to delivery. Received the refund of the price difference in 3 working days!
Even though they are not the cheapest online for Rinnai Infinity 26 Enviro but the whole purchase CX was superior! Cass Brothers guarantee that they will deliver the unit next day and they delivered it!
