Highly recommend this beautiful mixer set with the handheld tap for anyone with young kids or that washes their hair in the bath! No more bucketing water over your head! Also great when cleaning/rinsing the bath!

Staff members were EXTREMELY RUDE and patronising. We were there the other week to check out a few things for a kitchen a bathroom reno. First of all we were unable to get the attention of a staff member even though several were standing chatting and laughing amongst themselves. When we finally got someone we showed them some photos of what we had bookmarked and he dead straight told us "I am not your interior designer if its there we have it if not we don't". My partner wanted to walk out straight away! However for some reason we stayed to search. I then approached another staff and asked if they have a certain sink in a lower price range as we are on a budget and already picked out various taps and plumbing supplies there so was trying to find something that will fit within our budget. The staff member had the audacity to tell us "If you can't afford this price you can't afford to renovate. " We left in a haste feeling incredibly embarrassed and cannot believe there are so many good reviews given our terrible experience.

Bought a Parisi bath from Cass by phone after seeing it online. Very easy process. Quickly ordered from supplier and smooth delivery.

We were building a new house and we looked at Cass Brothers because they have a large variety of good quality bathroom, taps and plumbing supplies. The sales lady that helped us, Emily, was very attentive, patience and make sure we got what we wanted.
The after sales service was also great. They were quick to response and attend to any inquiry.

Get the gentlemen with the glasses. One of the most helpful and knowledgeable staff we’ve come across. We came with a list of items to view and he happily talked about each of them enthusiastically, along with honest advice.

I would not buy again. Bought a smart toilet and it took me weeks to get a specification as they don't have it or unable to get it from the supplier. Delivery date also an unknown factor after purchase.

Following a recommendation, my daughter contacted Cass Brothers on behalf of her elderly grandmother, whose Hot water system failed and required urgent replacement- The Sales assistant was of little assistance claiming she needed to check with an installer, she took a message and never responded. We followed up with 2 emails seeking an urgent response and still no acknowledgement. I contacted an alternate supplier who was able to immediately respond to my query and New hot water system is being delivered and installed tomorrow! Very disappointing given the urgency of the matter and the impact on an elderly lady.

Been here a few times now. Always received excellent customer service. Impressed how well staffed they are. Everyone should support these brick and mortar stores.

Couldn't care less. I had a full bathroom and kitchen to kit out and the salesman was so totally not interested. Going to Harvey Norman in Alexandria - Bria is fantastic - interested and guidance, and a good price. Cass Brothers should know that its not always about price. Seriously don't go!

Amazing customer service. I called for advice on a shower system, the guy was very knowledgeable about the product. He advised me that it was easy to install and suggested I order on line for free delivery. The shower system needed to be ordered in, I received a call apologising that it had just gone out of stock, it arrived in 10 days which was totally fine.

The system was, indeed, easy to install and we’re very happy. The in-store expert probably saved us $200 not having to engage a plumber and I am super happy. Thank you!

Don't stand by the products they sell. We spent over $10k with them and had 2 minor warranty issues and they tried everything to avoid warranty replacement. They would say the there couldn't possibly be a fault with the items or that the product must have been installed incorrectly. I ended up needing to say that the plumber has over 30 years of experience and so if he's saying the product is faulty and refusing to instal it, then we have to take that on. Bear in mind no one from Cass Brothers had inspected the product - they had zero evidence to base their challenges on. Very disappointing service and possibly in contravention to national consumer rights.
