Jeff is a real EXPERT. I need to replace ink cartridges for my printer in my home office. I called Cartridge World Castle Hill, and Jeff recommended a value pack for me. Unfortunately, the black ink cartridge was not organised by my printer! I called Jeff again, and he helped install the cartridge again and did the print head clean. The print works like new afterwards. Great work Jeff! THANK YOU!

I have been buying ink from Cartridge World for some time now, always happy with the friendly service offered to me.
The last time I went to buy ink for a printer that I was not happy with and purchased elsewhere, Jeff spent a great deal of time with me, analysing the problems I was having and why I was having them, and offering solutions.
He has been nothing but wonderful to deal with, and has gone above and beyond helping me out, either trouble shooting, calling by to look at the printer, and loaning me a printer whilst mine was being looked at.

Had problems with our printer so rang Cartridge World Castle Hill and was told to bring printer and ink cartridge up and he would have a look. We had bought a cheap toner and after spending over an hour had the problem sorted out. Don't be tempted to buy cheap ink and if you want professional help go to Cartridge World and talk to Jeff. Couldn't have been more helpful.
