It is sadly becoming less common to receive delightful customer service. Jeff is not only a gentleman but an absolute gem. Thank you for dislodging that stubborn label from the bowels of the printer today. I really enjoyed our banter as it made all my frustrations with my printing dramas simply melt away.

Since Cartridge World Castle Hill moved to Victoria Avenue, I have only ever dealt with that franchise (Jeff Harper). Mr. Harper is very knowledgeable and extremely courteous and helpful. Twice before on having trouble changing cartridges, I have taken the printer itself to Cartridge world. Mr. Harper has, in a very friendly manner, catered to this elderly man's lack of knowledge/confidence in relation to his printer. I would be a very short-sighted client to contemplate going elsewhere.

Cartridge World Castle Hill is what other retail business should be aim for in terms of customer service. I ran out of cartridges for my printer and went to see Jeff. I bought several of them as a spare, however Jeff didn’t have that many. To cut the long story short, he home delivered to me for free himself and at my door the next day. Highly recommend for any printing supplies

Replacement cartridges cost much more than you find online. The guy always seems grumpy or sarcastic. Been twice, wont return again. Today bought full sets of cartridges online for a quarter of the price.
