Carpet Court Taren Point

Had a few dealings with this store and every time it has been awful. Extremely rude customer service, Jason was very condescending and not helpful at all. Turning customers away is poor form. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Great company to deal with very competitive prices. I had shopped around with other companies that pushed deals that had to be taken that day. Carpet Courts everyday prices match the other companies deals. I found the staff very honest and knowledgeable. I was recommended by a friend to shop with them and have since sent my mum to them too!

Congrats to Ben and his team for delivering a very quick turnaround for the carpet replacement in my home. From my first phone call right up to installation the whole process was seamless. I needed to move very quickly and Ben's advice and service was spot on. He understood my time pressures and just made it happen. The carpet looks great and I would thoroughly recommend Carpet Court in Taren Point.

Originally I went in for timber flooring and they showed me the vinyl planks and i was convinced that was the right option for my 1960's brick home.lead time, service, workmanship was all good and the flooring looked fantastic. I was delighted.

However, about 6 months in, gaps started appearing in the space between the planks. The planks had started to expand and contract due to heat and cold and i was left very disappointed with a job that looked like it had been laid incorrectly.

In their defence, Carpet Court had been given some bad advice on which type of glue to use which was causing the issue. They came back with a few extra boxes of planks and fixed it all up and the floor is looking great again. Very happy.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and showed us a large range of carpets. He was able to give us a rough quote based solely on our measurements, and happily once it was measured properly, the price was reduced. The installation was carried out in a professional manner with great care taken. A quick turn around from start to finish; we wouldn't hesitate to go back when we need more carpet.

Website says you can book a free measure and quote, but what they mean is to measure your own place and then go to them. Only after you have visited them and decided to go ahead, will they come to you.
That’s not really what I would consider a free measure and quote service.

They were able to schedule a time that suited within a few days. Installers arrived on time and prioritised our lounge so it was done quick and we were able to start to move furniture back in while they moved on to the less used areas. Seemless install and very reasonably priced.

The installers also gave it a quick vacuum to clean up the left over fluff.

The follow up call from them a few days after install to make sure we were happy was also appreciated.

Fist things first, visited the show room gave them rough measurements for two sites we are renovating, looked at what they had on display, didn't really care about what carpet at this stage because we need them to do an accurate measure so we could get to a accurate quote once we have the building sizes, we couldn't stay waiting whilst they were on hold looking to see if stock was available that we weren't really fixed on until we get the measurements done, left our contact details to get back to us about booking in a time to come out.

Three day later and no call back to book in measure and quote, so I went in to see if they lost my details, the sales person I meet the first time I went in was busy so he gave another sales person my preference details, fist thing they did was check availability of the carpets we picked again, she proceeded to tell me I need to pay a deposit to get someone to come and quote?

That’s not what I would consider a free measure and quote service as stated on there web site, they mean measure your own place and then go to them. Only after you have visited them and decided on a carpet and they look into availability then pay a deposit, will they come to you (absolute joke)

If the size of the our two buildings was smaller or bigger than what I measured we would then decide on the carpet we pick as per our budget.

I left in a huff went to Cronulla Carpets across the road first thing they have arranged is to have someone come out tomorrow at no charge or deposit to measure both sites, That's a free measure and quote.
