Cannot give higher praise to Ben and his team at Tarren Point Carpet Court. I recently renovated my place and installed new carpet, plantation shutters and roller blinds all from Carpet Court. The service was awesome, particularly in regards to my window fixtures. Ben was very accommodating and worked through my options for my budget and ultimately I was able to go with my first choice. The timeframe turnaround for both carpet, window fixtures and installation of both was amazing. Will definitely be going back if there is anything else I need!

I can not recommend Ben and Carpet Court Taren Point highly enough. We had a problem with some flooring on our stairs that we'd purchased through Carpet Court a while ago and the service to have this rectified has been amazing. Ben was very responsive, friendly and communicated with the progress every step of the way. The team he bought in to replace the stairs (Dave & Mark) were excellent and we couldn't be happier with the results. It's the best service I've experienced in a very long time and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. Thanks again Ben!

Make sure to check the measurement and waste estimation from them are reasonable.

You will be charged if you won’t go with their quote. There are other shops offering free measurement without asking for a deposit.

Ben Chapman and the team at Carpet Court are professional and friendly offering good advice and a competitive price. The carpet installers Ken and Darren did a marvellous job and we are very happy with our new carpet.

Very pleased with the carpet, it looks great, also very pleased with the customer service. Ben put the order through and the carpet was laid in a few days. The carpet layer was also very obliging. So pleased as we had a tenant moving into our rental property and it all went so smoothly for everyone.

Highly recommend. We intially had a hybrid floor installed but after a few years had issues with it. Ben worked with us and the manufacturer to come up with not just a replacement, but he recommended another type of flooring - Vinyl plank which we are very happy with, a far more dog friendly floor. I cannot commend Ben's customer service highly enough. The issues started during lockdown, and then there were the resulting supply issues but Ben kept in touch with updates throughout. The installer he recommended, Jeff and his team, were also first class!

Purchased Plantation shutters for our home from Ben and id like to say that the experience has been a great one. Ben is highly professional to deal with and we would not hesitate to use Carpet Court Taren Point again in the future. Thank you to Larry the installer who also was very professional and extremely tidy with the installation. We love our new blinds they look fantastic and are made extremely well.

Very bad unprofessional service. I booked carpet and floorboard replacement 2 month before installation date. I received the quote and paid deposit immediately, however, when it came close to the 50% payment date, I was told they didn’t measure the carpet but only measured floorboard area, also the installation will not be the date I have booked a month ago. I have no choice but to cancel their service, what they did is delayed my project at lease 2 month, lost $$$$$

Very helpful but from what I can gather there's a fixed price going on no matter ware you shop when you go to Carpet court

Both in store staff & carpet laying contractors pleasant, helpful & highly professional. New carpet was competitively priced & looks & feels great. I am a very satisfied customer & would have no hesitation in recommending Carpet Court Taren Point to anyone in the market for new carpet.
