Went to multiple stores in search for what we wanted in our new house. Ryan took us under his wing and treated us with the upmost respect. Spent the time to figure out what we wanted and what we didn’t want. Friendly and hard working employees, felt really comfortable. Do recommend highly. Thankyou very much! Within 5mins I received an email and a call from Bill Douglas carpet call Tuggerah, Quote and installed my new carpet as well Daniel for installation of my floorboard all in a Short notice!

I just wanted to express my gratitude for a job done with professionalism, kindness and efficiency. In a few days I had the evaluation of the work, and the coordination of the shipment and installation of a new good quality carpet.

I had Nathan come out to quote and assess the job required.
Nathan was fantastic, knowledgeable and very thorough.
The installation was very smooth and the guys that did the installation were very professional. Made the process stress free.
My only complaint is with Bill, who I found sarcastic and unprofessional, what a shame he lets the otherwise great team down.

Dan is the best. Great product advice, unbelievable service the whole way through and in the end a perfect finish to our floors.

I can 100% recommend Daniel and the team at Carpet Call Tuggerah. Great customer service and the installation was such a breeze. I absolutely love my new hybrid flooring! Thanks team!

I was having trouble locating a rug at my local store so called Tuggerah Carpetcall & spoke to Dale who happily located me the rug at another store, had it delivered to my local store & sold it to me at a great price!
He was bubbly, professional, knowledgeable & happy to answer all my questions - will definitely be a repeat customer to Tuggerah Carpetcall - thanks Dale ️

NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
My 81 year old pensioner Mother selected carpet from Carpet Call Tuggerah.
When they came to do the measure and quote, they had many samples but not the one she had selected. She asked them to return with a sample of the carpet she had selected. On 5/05, they arrived with the Mum's selected carpet. She ordered it and paid her 50% deposit. They advised that the carpet was available in Melbourne (they rang from Mum's house and checked that the carpet was in stock) and would be shipped up for installation 18/05. On 16/5 Daniel Upton from Carpet Call telephoned Mum to advise the yarn was delayed as it was imported and her carpet had not even been manufactured. Instead they could supply other carpet that was not the colour or texture of the one Mum had selected. Mum asked for a refund and Daniel hung up on her.
We have now made a formal complaint with NSW Fair Trading.
Almost a month has gone by, Carpet Call have Mum's 50% deposit, and she has no carpet. (Invoice Number 09604)

Hybrid floors, levelling of slate and Carpet install Bateau Bay East. Thankyou Carpet call. Covid restrictions aside, Ben in Head office, hat off to you - you definitely did everything possible to get my job done as quickly as you could and were professional the whole way through. Really happy with the end result of my floors and Dale and Drew the installers were tops. They did a clean and efficient install.

Products are good quality and well priced, we purchased blinds for entire house as part of a new build.

After sales service is absolutely non existent, we need warranty repairs done on the blinds, blinds were picked up early Jan 21 and we were promised 2 weeks turn around as the windows are exposed to the street.

2 months later we are still chasing for answers, no body calls back or cares about resolution. It has now been lodged to fair trading. I don’t usually write poor reviews but the service is absolutely disgusting.

Stay away

Quality of the carpet is great. Quality of the staff is another matter. Promises lots of things, but delivers nothing. Very poor customer service. Not impressed.

Had a lovely experience. The timber floor looks fantastic down and the trades were great. Can’t wait for my shutters to be fitted as well!

After a rocky start, the flooring for my mother in law's house is complete. Bill went out of his way to make sure the product was installed and it looks great. We thank him for all he did to get this result.

Read all the BAD reviews and trust that they are correct! Don’t waste your time or put yourself through so much stress! At 75 and living in a retirement village, it took all day the day before the carpet was supposed to be laid to pack everything & move all the furniture. NO our job isn’t scheduled till the 16th November is what they told us when we rang! We had a confirmation for 29th October & now have to try to move everything back at 5pm. No phone call to change the date just left us waiting with everything in total kaos. Wow what service

Bill Douglass came out today from the Tuggarah store.
He was extremely helpful and professional. Would highly recommend them.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Have major problems with flooring they had put down now they won't return our calls or messages to fix it. Been going on for 9 months now. Have already taken our money now won't fix. Do not shop here. I will only change my review once this is recified.

Recently had carpet installed, highly recommend the installers Kiwi brothers which took pride and carried out and excellent Install of the carpet and finished product.
