We went to Carpet Call at Moore Park to find rugs for a commercial fit out. Omran was excellent in helping us choose a large number of rugs over a few separate visits to the store and gave us very good prices. The delivery process went very smoothly.

Do not recommend. The carpet was good quality and installed well. However, we were promised off cuts being left and the mess cleaned up. We to our apartment after moving interstate and found carpet fibres left everywhere and no offcuts. After I called to get this resolved after speaking to 3 different people there was no accountability or a call back. Extremely disappointed based on the promises made.

Never pay an upfront deposit with this company. We were quoted for carpet in store. The sales guy assessed the floor space in my new house based on a video I showed. He assured me he closely enough could estimate the size of carpet required. Then on this basis we made a deposit of $6k to secure the carpet. When I had access to the house I was told it will cost double the initial quote. Also, there was not enough carpet in stock to satisfy this request. I was told that even though the company could not supply the carpet they would not issue a refund for change of mind. We did not change our mind - the quote doubled and the carpet was not even available. It has now been months and months and have not been given a refund. Nor can I get any answers from the company when I call the store. I am going to have to go to Fair Trading to try to get my refund as I’m entitled to under the Consumer Law. I would not recommend this company or store.

Fantastic experience. Chris and his team were excellent all the way through. Great selection of carpets and shutters. Practical advice and support. Reliable with great communication. Flawless and timely installation. Would strong recommend!

Based on my recent experience I would not even give them 1 star, please make sure you don’t leave any deposit with them. Their sales lied about product and would say anything to ask you to leave a deposit. It all sounded easy at store about getting deposit back but when you actually requested it it would be a different story. Their sales would quote hybrid floor with soft underlay and said it’s ok. They even lied about their hybrid was with no underlay so it was ok. They wouldn’t provide any documents unless you “paid” the deposit first. Once they got my money and I received doc from them and found the hybrid floor is with cork underlay. They quoted 2mm combi lay and said it’s ok. I spoke to the manufacturer as well and answer from manufacturers customer service is if the 2nd underlayment is too soft it could diminish the strength of locking system and cause failure. I asked so many flooring companies about this and answer I got is the same. I raised the issue with carpet call and they just wouldn’t give my deposit back. They said they can swap to other underlay for me. If the original products quoted got issue. Why can’t they just refund my deposit? They think they can do whatever they want and they don’t care if I’m going to ACCC or not. They are really the most dishonest company ever. Someone told me if anyone tried to sell me this hybrid floor with soft underlay then he probably doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Unprofessional and dishonest… really don’t want to see others walk into the same situation again. Go to any other hard flooring companies as they will be more professional and would not try to push you to leave a deposit. The sales tactic from carpet call is really questionable.
Updates: Seven Hills office contacted me on Tuesday 21st of June and issued refund for me. Thanks to Sorosh from Seven Hills office to address the issue for me.

Staff literally standing around doing nothing whilst customers wait for assistance. Terrible service, not sure how you make money.

Best experience ever.
We got a very good deal for the carpet replacement with them and on top of that the entire process went very smooth.
We booked for one day and I had to change the work. They were very helpful and accommodated the requested without any issues.
I paid the exact amount I was quoted.
The installer that came to do the work was very kind, helpful and careful with everything. He even removed his shoes to walk on the new carpet. Super happy with Sabah.
I would really recommend Carpetcall to anyone who wants a great product with a good price.

Our experience with Jaikin Lung and the team of Carpet Call in Moore Park could not have been any better. We had to replace the carpet in our living area and bedroom in Redfern. After shopping around for a while we came across Carpet Call and it was the first place where we found really tailored advice to our situation. We found the perfect carpet there, high quality, great price. The price we were quoted was exactly the price we ended up paying. Carpet Call attended our home at a time convenient to us to take all measurements, even though it was in the evening. The installation took place right on the day we wanted it. The installers around Rezz were super friendly, installed the carpet very thoughtfully so no joints are visible. Since then we love or new carpet every day and it is a pleasure to be home. Thanks again to the team at Carpet Call More Park for the awesome service, advice, quality product and top notch installation!

I can’t thank Jai enough for all his outstanding services during our carpet installation. Despite being a weekend, he came over to measure our property and got the new carpet installed within 4 days amidst this pandemic. My husband and I are totally head over heels with this new carpet. We will definitely be recommending our friends and family.

Sales agent (Jaikin) was excellent! Carpet layers Nami and Nima were very professional, answered questions during instalation and completed all work on time and professionally. Our only ambivilant comment was the quality of carpet laying on stairwell, where hard wood/metal rods across stairwell steps with carpet overlaid is very uncomfortable on bare feet.

Most dishonest company ever, the sales guy's will go at any length of lying to see you the products, horrible experience
