Carpet Call Caringbah

It all started so well. Prompt quote, good price, quality product and install date set. Unfortunately when the day of install came i had to change my plans due to sudden and unforseen circumstances. This was accommodated by Carpet Calls Head Office first thing the same morning. Later that afternoon of the same day i get a call from what i gather is a sub contractor of CC demanding $230 for changing the date and the inconvenience it has caused them. During this rambling call, the CC representative was agumentative and lacked any form of customer service skill or appreciation for my reasons for the sudden change of date. I am seriously considering cancelling the order now. I'm certainly not looking at giving CC any further business after this incident. Consumers beware!

The guys down at Caringbah Carpet Call are fantastic. Recently purchased a rug that ended up being too small for the space. They swapped it for the bigger size no issues ordered it straight from the warehouse and even dropped it off to my apartment when I couldn't get down there to pick up the new rug.
Fantastic deal and great customer service. Will definitely go back!

Raj and his team from Caringbah were a pleasure to deal with, they went above and beyond to ensure I had the right rug for my home. Wonderful service, looking forward to many more purchases in the near future.

John and his flooring team were incredibly helpful and we are very pleased with both our floating floorboard & carpet installtions.

I went to a few places in Taren Point to get carpet for two bedrooms.
All were quite similar in price range for what I was looking for, but Carpet Call offered me by far the best service. John was able to explain my options clearly, and give me straight forward quotes.
They then sent out Ali to my property with samples that afternoon. Ali was professional, friendly, and gave great advice.

Exceptional and sincere service, understanding and patience from Raj, great product and timely delivery sums up my very recent experience at the Caringbah store.

After visiting what felt like every flooring business in the area, last stop was at Carpet Call Caringbah. John (Manager) was excellent and provided us more information than the other 4 stores put together! Booked in for the following week for a measure/quote. Anush arrived on time and very helpful. Just over two weeks later, over 115m2 of flooring installed by Tom (?). Excellent job, clean and very particular. A good experience!

Will recommend customer service of the rug manager MASON to all. Played his part well in offering us suitable choices as per our requirement and within our budget. Made extra efforts to deliver the rug at our place after hours. We are very happy quality of rug we bought at very reasonable price, on his recommendation.

Very happy with the service and install. John and Anush made me very comfortable with the whole process. Everything went perfectly like clockwork.

Unfortunately, my experience with this store / company has been very, very disappointing. Bungled order, little or no customer service or recovery. Systemic issues between shop, warehouse, customer service staff and carpet layers. Someone in management needs to step up and take control of this 3rd rate operation. My advice - save the hassle, keep walking past this store.until such a time that they sort it!

Did a job in my unit a while ago. Had the pleasure of a great Experience. From start to end. Sales personnel was very professional as so was the installer. Cleaned after himself when completed.

Customer service of salesman Mason was perfect. He helped a lot in choosing the right Rug. Highly recommend seeing him for his expert details for rugs.

We bought a floor rug for our lounge room area from this store recently and we were very pleased with the customer service provided the staff. They were very helpful abd assisted us in choosing the right colours. The rug is excellent quality and was very reasonably priced.

We would like to thank Leo at the Caringbah store for the professionalism he demonstrated when selling the laminated floor boards to us. Unlike other companies Leo was polite and showed respect in our home when he came to measure and quote. He was very patient and answered all of our questions, nothing was too hard for him.
We would also like to mention the wonderful team who laid the flooring, they certainly knew their trade, particularly the end result on our stairs. WELL DONE!

Not a huge store but what they lack in display stock is more than made up by the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff. Every question was quickly and accurately answered. Highly recommended. It

We have recently purchased flooring, rugs and carpet from the Caringbah Store, my wife and myself were extremely happy with service we received. The Manager (John) was very helpful and his knowledge was extremely helpful when deciding on what floor covering we should choose. I would not have a problem of recommending the Caringbah Store to my friends.
