Carpet Call Caringbah

After many reaserch, I went to caringbah carpet call centre. Staff was very polite and helpful. They first under our requirements and shown us different varieties and give us full details. All Rugs are very beautiful at reasonable price. I am fully satisfied with their service and product.

Customer Service at the store was excellent and very nice collection of rugs displayed, will recommend everyone to visit the store

We had a great experience with Caringbah carpet call. The process with Peter (salesman) has been seamless so far. We had a free check, measure and quote which was great as we could see the samples in our home. Would highly recommend!

Peter has been exceptionally helpful and accommodating. He has ensured economy when measuring for carpet to minimise waste and cost. Very helpful providing advice. And just a
all round pleasant person to deal with. Highly recommend.

Kemal organised for carpet to be laid at my property and was extremely helpful throughout the process. They did a great job.

Okay customer service, timely schedule, great product but lacking in other areas. We had Laminate floor installed, lovely product looks good however there was no regard to the transition to the hallway carpeted area and left with frayed carpet edge. This was not accounted for in the original quotation so have had to arrange this separately with anther charge. I’m also a bit annoyed that we had to remove all the subfloor so that the floor could be levelled at an extra charge however when walking across one room you can feel bumps that were not there before. I’m out of time to have this fixed now but will consider different flooring for this area in the future.

A very poor experience. I had a timber floor installed just over 12 months ago. It was necessary to pay the full price of the flooring prior to installation. The installer was the most incompetent and unprofessional individual I've every met. Needless to say, there were major problems with the installation. My only means of recourse was through the Carpet Call store where I purchased the flooring. They were of NO ASSISTANCE AT ALL.
The results were a cost blow out of over $5,600 on a quoted price of $14,500. I may need to have the skirting board replaced during my ongoing renovation as it looks so disgusting. The store manager appeared uninterested in any of the problems and took little action on my behalf to remedy the problems other than sending emails to the installer who had created the problem in the first place. I would never recommend this company to supply any product of any kind. Once you've paid in full for the product you have no bargaining power.

Do not use Carpet Call. They employ misleading people to provide quotes and they use incompetent installers. When you raise the issues with them, both head office and John at Caringbah store do not take ownership. Plus they make you pay in full prior to installation.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Bought blinds in Dec 2021, arrived 3 weeks ago (8 months later).
The Carpet call installer put up half the blinds and didn’t turn up after that.
I was silly to pay in full 2 days before install.
Now no one picks up the phone, and I am left with garage full of blinds.
The blinds that were installed are bent, do not open/close properly and nail marks everywhere.
Can’t believe these guys are still in business. Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Will not touch them again. Disgrace.

Carpet call were absolutely fantastic with great price and customer service. I went to 2 well known stores prior to carpet call and did not get any service but when I walked in to carpet call. I was greeted and served straight away. Once my rug came in i went to collect it and it was carried to my car. I would highly recommend the caringbah store

Amazing, helpful and knowledgeable service. We popped in to look at a few rugs and the person we spoke with was so helpful and recommended the perfect sizing for our front room, took samples out and so kind to our children in tow. It was delivered on time with wonderful service. We are so happy with our rug and it was a lovely experience. They went above and beyond for us. Highly recommended.

Bought some carpet from Anush, was super helpful with the selection and the whole process. Would highly recommend for everyone to go to carpetcall Caringbah and buy flooring from Anush.

Very bad customer service on the phone, and they couldn’t be bothered to send me a quote. Guess they don’t want our business.

Chris went above and beyond to help me and my partner choose the right blinds for our place. He was so enthusiastic and gave great advice. He is a massive asset to carpet call and would definitely shop again with carpet call based on his friendly service.
