Really happy with the service and carpet that I've received from the Ben and the team at the Belrose store. Sales team were super helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Ben went above and beyond to assist me through the process and really took care of me through the whole process including the install.

I'm a repeat customer, really happy two years down with my previous install, which is why i returned.

Thanks again Belrose team - absolute legends!:)

I've had the most horrendous experience dealing through Carpet Call. The staff at Belrose were very efficient in scheduling a measurement for my bedroom, and on the same day, an installation was booked for the following week. I also received a good deal to my pleasant surprise and they seemed friendly and professional towards the initial stage. As I have some dedicate, rather expensive furniture and work equipment, I made the decision to move them all by myself with a help of a friend, which we spent 3-4 hours moving everything out to the living room the night before (As a courtesy to my housemates, I couldn't move the furnitures until they were asleep). Finished up at 3am in the morning and the carpet installation was scheduled at 7-9am on the day. At 9am, the manager called me and informed me they just found out that the carpet was damaged and won't be showing up for the installation and that this type of events can't be avoided. How about quality checking your inventory the day before? (Having spoken to other carpet places, they told me it's standard to cut and check the stock 2 days before the installation.) The manager gave me options for different carpets, which was completely bizarre as we have spent hours picking the right carpet (closest color that matches with the rest of my carpet) on the day of measurement with the Carpet Call technician. Having expressed my frustration, I asked him if he can send someone out to move my furnitures back and he told me that they are not furniture movers and that they can reschedule an installation for the following week. As a result, I requested for a refund for the no-show, and the process was less than appealing - having to chase up my refund and having my calls transferred all over the place throughout the state. The manager at Belrose initially told me he would send me an email saying that it's been processed, and then having to call him back several moments later after not hearing back from him and him telling me that he can't send me an email as it's "confidential". As a customer, that makes me extremely uncomfortable to think that I could not receive something on paper that states that a refund has been issued. After having to tell him the predicament that I went through - with barely 3 hours of sleep (on the bedroom floor no less as everything is moved out of my room) and took off work for the day in anticipation for the installation, the manager told me that "it's not a big deal, there are people out there that are dying". As someone who struggles with anxiety and working two full time jobs and other commitments, this was a traumatic experience for anyone to go through. I did manage to receive my refund a couple of days later, but I'm certain I will not be recommending their service anytime soon.
