Excellent service & product and best price by a long way. I’ve ordered plantation shutters, roller blinds and curtains for a new house. Nathan, Heath, Harley, Samantha, Zoe and Leo have been great. Very responsive & helpful.

We had an unusual urgent request to get carpet installed in our entire house at very short notice. John was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He made the decision process easy and stress free. Highly recommend going to see John for your carpet needs.

Warwick and the team at carpet call belrose were a pleasure to deal with, managing our renovation dramas with ease and professionalism in order to halo make them go as smoothly as possible. From last minute changes of plan, fitting in installations at less than a weeks notice and hunting down carpet suppliers from across Australia, nothing phased them! If I could give 10 stars I would.

Couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with Carpet call! My first contact through the phone was with Warwick (hope I spelled correctly) that quickly found a time to come over and look at my parents-in-law house and areas to change the carpets.
Kindly came on the set day, the quote was given at the same day as his visit (really reasonable price once I compared with other companies) & installation happened less than a week after.
New carpet looks good and the team was helpful and communicating really well before arriving, giving us a precise ETA.

My God, what a nightmare of a company. Please, anyone considering giving an order to this company, my advice is 'DON'T DO IT'. That's the quick advice, read on if you like. It took my wife and I months to get our money back from these people via Fair Trading NSW, simply lied and attempted to cheat us the entire time. AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY.

We have had nothing but a positive experience at Belrose Carpet Call. We love our new carpet! Warwick was extremely helpful and professional and the carpet layer was efficient and took great care. Would highly recommend.

Great service and attentive sale people. Warwick was charismatic and gave us confidence in the company.

Carpet installer, Ritchie was fantastic and took real pride is his work, he did a great job.

Installation of the hybrid flooring was horrendous and the quality of service by the contracted flooring installer, the Carpet Call installations team and installations manager Shane was inexcusable. Do not recommend this company at all for flooring other than carpet.

One day prior to the installation date, we were contacted by the Carpet Call installation team and informed that the product had not arrived (after waiting almost 2 months since originally booking), therefore installation would be pushed back.

On my invoice it clearly stated that there would be preparation work required on the floors carried out by the installer. On the first day of install, the flooring installer called, said that he does not do ‘much preparation work’ and the levelling compound - ‘concrete’ has actually been out of stock for months. Therefore, it is evident that Carpet Call employs installers who are not capable of a complete service that is advertised.

In the discussions regarding the flooring preparation with the installer who turned up, I was told to find my own floor sander or I had to wait two weeks before he could get some one out.

The ongoing or more directly lack of communication from Carpet Call over this period was disgusting. I called several times and was given false and misleading information, such as a floor sander was booked, however the installer directly contradicted this. The installation team said I would be contacted once they discussed the situation with the manager Shane but I wasn’t, I had to call several times and was told that the installations manager would call me back. He never returned my calls and all I got was a series of excuses as to why he could not speak with me.

Carpet Call took no responsibility to resolve the issue resulting in me having to find my own floor sander overnight after a significant amount of research, if not, I would have had to wait 2 weeks with unusable floors.
I have included images of the mess left by the installer who did not attempt to clean up his work.

During the installation we discussed an unsafe section of the floor area with the installer, who said he would fix. He did not. After he finished, I contacted him to remind him that he had forgotten to fix this area, asking him to return the next day. The installer first response was for me to ask for a family member to do it. I was then told that he is pretty busy and cannot confirm if he will be able to return to fix it.

Around a feature, the installer left an inch gap between the feature and the trims, resulting in the flooring underneath being exposed. Glue residue was left exposed in several locations and on trims & walls.

It took over two weeks to get the series of issues resolved, with the Carpet Call wanting to send the same installer out to fix the issues. I cannot believe the quality of the work by the initial installer and the utter appalling service by the installations team. For the considerable amount of money spent with this company, it is just horrendous. Regretful decision.

Good in store but was told we’d be called to confirm delivery and we weren’t, when calling the store to confirm if we’d receive delivery, they couldn’t help as the ‘rug guy’ wasn’t there. Surely more than one person has access to a delivery schedule?

Thank you Carpet Call. A job very well done. Completed within 8 days of choosing from samples shown to me at home by lovely sales representative Sodaba. Everything well organised and efficient, carpet layer arrived on time and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

We just had carpet laid by carpet call in our lounge room and on stairs. We dealt with Soda in the store she was wonderful making sure everything was organised measured and arranged properly. The installers did the best job of laying the carpet and worked non stop all day installing it. They were very professional and courteous. We would definitely recommend highly dealing with the great team at Carpet Call Belrose.

Last week we had large areas of carpeting replaced at our house in Warriewood. The carpet layer (Jason) and his mate were just outstanding. They were here for six hours, cheerfully hauled heavy furniture out and in and did a wonderful job of laying the carpet. We could not recommend Jason more highly. We purchased carpet and hybrid floors sales team were helpful even though we couldn’t get the floor we wanted as it was damaged.
The install on the hybrid floor was an absolutely terrible experience. Moving floors cracked plank the worst skirting job I have ever seen. Trims that lifted the next day, glue left on floor.
The carpet install was great but it cannot make up for the terrible experience that we are now stuck with.
Definitely go somewhere else for you hard floors

Greta experience from start to finish with CarpetCall.dealing with Nathan, salesman, who came to
our home with sample of hybrid flooring, measured and made the deal was also a pleasant experience.msgs sent to let us know when floor would be fitted and also payment.
Bill and T, the fitters also messaged with time of arrival.friendly father/son combo.job well done.very happy with our new flooring.would recommend Carpetcall, Belrose.

From start to finish my experience with Carpet Call Belrose was fantastic to say the least, including the salesman in the showroom, Nathan who came to our house to quote and most importantly Kai and his partner the carpet layers were professional, hard working, thorough and enthusiastic. I purchased timber flooring from this store recently and the whole process from service to installation was great! Staff were friendly and helpful and the installation was stress-free. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.
