Went in to carpet call with my wife and was served by Petros. What a legend he advised us on a great selection of carpet and and underlay and gave us a fantastic deal. He was also very accommodating when it came to the installation date which I had to change a couple times. Highly recommend

We dropped in to discuss the options for our carpet, and were served by Mustafa, who was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Petros came to our home to measure up and was also really helpful and knowledgeable, and helped us refine our decision based on his measurements and explanations.

When it came time for installation, the 2 installers were outstanding, and whilst the job took them pretty much all day they were never anything but friendly, professional, and efficient, and did an amazing job; I cannot fault anything about the installation or the end result.

Outstanding work from everyone involved, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Carpet Call Bankstown or the company in general. Very satisfied customers.

My carpet call experience was very professional from the first phone call I made. I was very well looked after by Bill (billal). He was highly respectfull to me and helped me with my purchase. Bill didnt have the rug that I wanted but I got it in a few days. Bill rang me to tell me my rug had arrived and I picked it up today. He took my rug to the car for me and I thought he had beautiful manners. I would highly recommend Carpet Call to anyone and to please ask for Bill he is amazing and wonderful a complete champion.

Mohammad, the sales consultant was extremely patient and even came out late in the evening to measure. He was great.
However we are very unhappy with the finished work.the studs are coming through making our children's feet bleed. The way the carpet was laid on the stairs is starting to look loose and floppy a few months later. There are way too many joins in the small amount of carpet laid in our townhouse. Will update this review when and if Carpet Call provides the after-service they say they will provide.

I rang and arranged for someone to come out and measure my floor space. Ahmet came and he was very knowledgeable.
He was even able to explain what other things would have to be done because I had a wall of bi-fold doors and they needed to be removed and sanded back, and he explained this process to me.
He was very patient and polite, showing me all the samples and explaining the width of the boards, etc.
I was extremely impressed with his expertise and friendliness, which is rare today.
