Amazing service by the Bankstown store staff, they were so helpful, it took me 3 days to decide on a rug finally did with their help and I totally love it. Highly recommend them, great rugs selection & most of all, friendly helpful staff.

What a terrible experience dealing with this company, the installer did the job over a month ago and we are still waiting for someone to come and fix the join in the Carpet, additionally they coung not lay some of the floorboards on the Kitchen area and I have been waiting for a refund for over 3 weeks. The guy in the store told me it had been sent to head office 2 weeks ago, yet he has just sent me a email that he sent it today. I would definately not do business with this company again. Very bad experience!

Bought a lotus range carpet here on a Sunday, Promised that I'll get a call by Tuesday to pick up my rug. Waited till 4pm on Tuesday so i decided to call them instead. Been told that the carpet guy went home for the day and they have no idea where my rug really is. This is what we have to deal with. Lots of salesman tactics, and promises no delivery at all. Updating on the issue. Someone from the flooring department said that they'll call me before 10pm Wednesday. I have waited till 3: 15pm and decided to call them to ask where my rug is. Only got excuses after excuses. Anyways a state manager stepped in after reading my review and he did the right thing by fixing the problem. Got my carpet delivered and everything is sweet now.

Worst service ever! I have been trying to speak with someone for over a week. Ordered rugs online. Received 1 and there’s no update on another. No one answers, continually being told online stuff needs to be handled by head office. Called head office, they transferred to Queensland saying they deal with it. Queensland office said my nearest branch (auburn) will deal with it. Again been dumped on a voicemail. After 8 voicemails, 13 phone calls and 2 emails, still no resolution!

The sales staff thanked us for our time and left when we said we're shopping around. Not what we were expecting but happy to take my business elsewhere.
