Very rude, impatient and unprofessional staff. The guy just did not care what I was talking. He keet asking me agressive questions to show his 'professionlism'. Very bad experience, try to avoid.

Recently I bought a rug from this store with bad experience. There was bit of struggle to get rug delivery on time. Sales person doesn't have any respect to customers.

Massi and his team were very professional and helpful throughout our carpet purchase and installation. We were provided with a range of samples in the store which really helped our decision. We needed it in a timely manner and Massi's communication skills with the Carpet Call team ensured it all went smoothly. The people who measured and installed our carpet were very efficient and professional. Great turn out!

Stay away, don’t let the price fool you, once you pay for the deposite that’s it they turn on you and 100% they will ask for a lot more money when they show up to measure, always get their money in full before installation as they will definitely stuff the job up

What type of service is this? We arrived at 10am and were told by a Male salesman 'we dont expect people to come in as soon as we open, we expect them at 1030! How appalling. We were then served by another man who after much discussion finally told us he doesnt specialise in timber floors. Basically this whole visit was a complete waste of time. Will never return!

Dealt with a gentlemen named Mahsi. His customer service was absolutely amazing. He’s very knowledgeable and a great asset to your company. Be sure to deal with him for your new carpets guys!

Don’t buy from these guys. You’ll be disappointed. Spend that extra money and go elsewhere!

Customer service is terrible. Product quality is poor (I think it was the Rick Shaw brand) and so is the installation finish.

Like many others have experienced, it quickly goes downhill once they take your deposit details.

This company is a mess. Their stores have no idea what’s going on and for some reason you have to deal with head office and get updates from them.as oppose to the sales rep that helped you.

I took 2 different days off work waiting for my carpet to be installed to ONLY find out no one was coming and installation had been delayed after I CALLED UP 1-2 hrs prior to the time they were meant to come. The “installer” is meant to call in the morning but no one ever calls.

I tried to get compensation for the annual leave day I took off waiting for this phantom installer who never showed up. I’m still waiting for my return call “Said”. You were meant to talk to state sale manager and call me back. This was last AUGUST and I’m still waiting.

I’m not happy with the installation. There is a hole or gap in the underlay under the carpet, smash bang in the middle of my sons room. I had to hire an air purifier for 2 weeks to filter and remove this chemical smell out of the air immediately after the carpet was laid.

I could have tried to get the above rectified with Carpet call but the thought of dealing the such incompetence again was just too much.

Seriously pick up your act! How can you operate like this every day?

Invoice #: 24520. Horrible experience overall. We had our flooring done in late December and had issues at almost every step of the process. Once sale is done and initial deposit, customer service and accountability goes down the drain.

Floorer was worse - no communication initially, almost failed to finish the installation in time due to his faults, no accountability and kept on asking for cash payments for various things.

Purchased four of the same rugs in March 2017. When the man was rolling them out they were all different colours? They needed to exchange them and get back to me, after 3 weeks of waiting for the correct colours to come in the new rugs started shredding? I called the shop and told them what was happening they said call back in August 2017 for the new stock to come in. Called them back in August they said they were going to replace them on the day and time they were going to come the company calls me to cancel. After taking time off work and confirming the appointment the day before they didn't even say why they weren't coming and said book another day?
until now I still have the shredding rugs in my house and no one has called to re book even after me leaving messages? I am totally fed up with this customer service and will never buy from there again!

I finally ended up with a good product at a reasonable price. However, quite frankly, I think the company is too busy, and at times "the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing". Firstly, the salesperson, Saied, was excellent, coming to my place with samples, and spending over one hour with me. After that, it went slowly downhill, with head office not supporting the salespeople, giving me an installation date (twice) and not keeping to it, and blaming Saied for knowing about the cancellation well before the day (he didn't) They were more than happy to "throw him under the bus". Doesn't seem a recipe for keeping up staff morale to me! Then they denied a phone call of which i have a record, saying that someone was not coming when arranged to remove the lino first. On both occasions, head office gave the carpet layers an incorrect address and mobile number for me. My late husband and I dealt with Carpet Call in late 2011 down the south coast, and found their level of service excellent. Head office in Sydney needs to get their act together, because whilst I am happy with my carpet and the price, behind the scenes, it appears they are in a state of chaos, so be ready for a lot of delays and excuses. I really have no respect for a company who does that, and if I had done my job as badly in the classroom as they do theirs, my principal would have had something to say about it!

I would give 0 star if it was an option,

Worst costumer service ever seen in Australia, never ever trust them,
Went to Artarmon store on 20/6/2017 and ordered a laminate flooring, the store/sale manager was Gellen, and he confirmed they have this item in stock and organised to check measure and installation in two weeks,

I received a text message confirming the installation will be on 28/6/2017, so I paid someone ($300) to come over to move the furniture form living/lounge area (my wife is pregnant and cannot help), and removed parts of existing carpet, also took that day off from my office and stayed at home for the installers.

No one turned up until 2pm, I called the store several times but couldn't get hold of Gellen, talked to another person in the store (Sam) he said sorry the items in the stock are damaged, but will organise from other stores (Auburn) (it was 2pm!).

Nothing happened, so tried to contact head office and talked to Justin Marchbank (Timber manager) he said sorry we don't have this item in stock and takes one month to order from Germany! And we will come and install by 27/7/2017!

anyway, at 5: 30 pm he promised to send someone to move back the furniture by tomorrow 8am,
I took another day off (second day in row in the last day of the financial year considering the busiest day for me), and stayed at home,

after 3 hours no one turned up and this guy (Justin) even did not respond the phone), finally I found him and he said sorry our guy was busy and will come later),
I am very frustrated with them, with their lies, no respect for customer.

I asked them for refund the deposit + the money I gave the removalist + my two days of salary as it was wasted by them, but they didn't accept,

Now I am left in the limbo and don't know what to do,

Never trust them,

My only remaining option is complaining to fair trade,

Never ever trust these guys.

Bunch of amazing dudes who were super friendly and semeed like the like working together. Knew their stuff and gave us awesome advice. Beat their own online price and ended up getting our side 2 rug for $350. One guy even took it to our car. Thanks guys, excellent service!
