We are recently serviced by John from the Auburn office. He is friendly, professional and very efficient. He arranged onsite measurement and quote on the same day, and accommodated our urgent installation requirement. The new carpet looks great. Overall, we have really enjoyed the experience shopping with Carpet Call.

Appalling Customer Service after installation! Do not use this company, once the payments are done, you will hardly hear back from them!
We bought the Hybrid Floor by Coretec from Carpet Call Auburn. Beautiful product, top of their range, and the sales team at the shop were outstandingly helpful.
We bought this flooring for our fully renovated apartment and we were aware that having timber foundations makes it a bit trickier than when it is concrete. The installers informed us that the ideal option was putting plywood throughout to level the floor which would double the cost. We agreed it didn’t require that, having only 3 spots around the apartment that needed some extra nails and glue to make it sturdy. The installers were happy to just fix those spots and made me sign a handwriting paper before doing the job, which I happily did acknowledge I agreed to not go with the ideal way. Didn’t request additional payment, which we were happy to fork it, compare to the plywood cost.
Once the job was finished, the team left with the instructions we could only walk on it after 24h at least, not leaving much option to inspect the work.
Since we moved in, out of 3 spots we requested some quick adjustments, only one in the hallway was impeccably done to a point you don’t hear any noise when walking. The area in front of the kitchen is awfully moving when we walk on top and making a quite concerning noise. After months of waiting on customer service, they arranged for the contractor (not present during installation) to come to assess the problem and after 5min in the house, he starts bringing up the semantics of the contract and using the excuse that we didn’t pay extra for it.
We didn’t refuse to pay extra (Sales staff had mentioned it was a possibility and we were okay with it)
Something I thought was an easy matter they could get done in a couple of hours (the area is very close to the front door where they finished linking the boards), suddenly become a huge cause of stress and disappointment. We had never been unreasonable and expected only the kitchen area to be redone and still the contractor came all the way to my house with his made-up mind about convincing me they are covered under the handwriting paper to not to anything else about the product. This is the guarantee offered by CARPET CALL? !
We wouldn’t recommend them not even for other products!
The floor is the foundation of a home…having those loose boards right on the highest traffic area of our home is not even aggravating but a constant reminder to pick the right provider from the beginning! The consequences will stay with us for a long time….

Tony was an extremely experienced installer who has worked with Carpet Call since 2007. He did an absolutely impeccable job, solving problems seamlessly as he went along in what was quite a tricky job. Tony laid my carpet perfectly and I’m very happy with the result!

Purchased a rug from Carpet Call Auburn, and I am very happy with the quality of the rug and the wonderful service from Talal, who went above and beyond to help us out.

So far this store deserves a minus 5 stars for Customer service. Failed to return calls after their installer did not turn up to do the job. Spoke to Warwick regards the installer, he said he would call back. That did not happen. Then the installer makes contact late at night and wants to install the carpet at 6.30am the next morning. Head office personnel lack customer service acumen also. No real effort to assist.
Best advice I can give is, if you want quality customer satisfaction you may not get it from this organisation. Try another Carpet company.

These guys are amazing. Jacob quoted and was fantastic to deal with. The carpet was installed days later by two great guys. It was stress free from beginning to end thanks to Jacob and Adam and the layers. The carpet looks and feels amazing. Thankyou! Highly recommend this place.

I tried calling Carpet Call using their 1300 number system trying to get a quote on some plantation shutters, i tried on three different occasions everytime line rang out till it went dead, i tried using different postcodes. ALL unsuccessful. I then decided to try and call a branch on their landline (Auburn) they couldn't help me with a quote.and told me to ring yet another number, 'Brook' at head office.of course Brook was not available, and i was assured i'd get a call back. WELL 3 weeks later NO CALL? Ironic that they're name is Carpet Call when they don't know how to make calls or even receive them. How could you trust a company to supply and install a product worth $5,000 or more if they can't be bothered returning a phone call? -hopeless
