Raihan was very helpful in assisting us in buying new rugs for our new home. He gave us the best price and processed the sale very efficiently! We will definitely be coming back for future rug purchases!

Showed us one carpet (dark grey), but messed up and entered another one (light grey) when putting it into their system so ended up not getting the colour we wanted. Also had some issues with floorboard installation, although they did reimburse us for that. All in all not a professional experience.

I recently had Carpet Call install timber flooring in my home, and I must say I'm thoroughly impressed with the job done by Jacob and Craig. Jacob, the installer, took great care in ensuring every detail was attended to and communicated with me throughout the installation process to ensure my requirements were met. His craftsmanship is excellent and the end result is beautiful. Craig, the salesperson, was patient and took the time to understand what I needed. He provided demo boards and gave great recommendations on what would work best for my home. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the service provided by Carpet Call and would highly recommend them for any flooring needs.

Amazing installers - Matt & Mehdi! Despite longer than expected wait times on the product arriving from overseas, Carpet Call Artarmon were always transparent with their communication throughout the process.

Unprofessional and lazy.

I went in to carpetcall over a month ago to get some quotes on new flooring for my apartment - a VERY simple job. After being taken through some options, i was told I would have a quote emailed that evening.

I waited - nothing was sent. A few days past, still nothing. I called back and asked to speak to the rep - Adam - and was told he wasnt working and will call me back. I never got a call or any attempt of a simple follow up. The phone manner recieved was also terrible.

There is absolutely no follow through or care for new business - I could not have been any more eager to give them by business and it was a huge let down and extremely unprofressional that I never heard back. Steer clear and use Carpet Court.

It hasn't been until I had another property carpeted recently, that this companies installment was shocking, sloppy. I'd never use them again.

I went in to ask to buy small amount of carpet to line some shelves for my cats, and asked if they sell scraps. Terrible service.

They said no to scraps, and scrunched their faces when they hear what I need, and said the minimum sale they do is 1meter by 3.6m.

I ended up going to Carpet Court in St Leonards, way way way better service there.

Way to go to get continue business! My apartment is fully carpeted, but I definitely would not go there when I need to re-carpet.

I was very disappointed with the service I received after I had paid my deposit on some plantation shutters. When I rang the store to find out when they would be delivered and installed, I was fobbed off and told to call head office. The problem is that the staff at head office either don’t answer the phone or when they do, the person I was referred to is busy and doesn’t return my calls. I still have no idea when my shutters will be installed or if the order has even been sent to the factory yet. I just rang the store again and the person I spoke to fobbed me off again and didn’t listen to a thing I said. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in this industry. I wish I could give them 0 stars. It’s almost like now that they have my money they couldn’t give a damn about helping me.

Recently carpeted my rental property with Carpet Call Artarmon. Service was great, turn around was quick and installation was smooth. Thanks guys

We got our Timber Floor from Carpet Call in artarmon. Adam was fantastic to work with and Dan our installer was brilliant! Super efficient, fantastic communicator and overall seamless experience. Very happy:)

I visited Carpet Call Artarmon last month and have someone coming out on one of the weekends to do a measure. Service has been awesome so far and I love the final product.

Yesterday I had Carpet Call Artarmon come to my property to install Floor boards and the service and end result was amazing. Dan and his team done such a great job laying the boards and all the finishes are perfect. Service from the beginning has been very smooth and I would recommend anyone thinking about getting flooring done to visit this shop

If it was possible to rate them zero I would have absolutely no hesitation to rate them zero pathetic service. I paid them to do my flooring at Carpetcall Artarmon they came and installed the flooring however they didn't have the same scotia for the edges I had to wait for month to sort that out and it was absolutely poor communication. After about 3 months now little piece of scotia has popped out due to being a little piece and nail caused a problem (which they use to hold the scotia). I called Artarmon store and was requested to send an email with the photos I did accordingly. Yesterday (21/12/2020) received a call from their head office saying that scotia are not covered within the installation warranty and from the photos they have finalised that we caused a physical damage. What a joke they have told me there will be 2 years installation warranty when I purchased the flooring. On the top of that they said I had $400 outstanding payment on the account for the floor prep which the never did a floor pep. I was asked to pay for the materials and furniture removal at the end when they finish the job which I paid to the guys who came for the job. Now they said I have-not paid after four months and when I called them to make a warranty claim. I cant believe how doggy they are. Also when I went there for a quote the manager who he said was a regional manager said it will be much more easier to deal with them then Harvey Norman as I acquired a quote from there too it was my bad should have gone to Harvey.

Carpet call I will not let you to go away with this problem I will be going to ACCC for a clarification in regards to this matter. This is a absolutely mislead.

Very competitive price! Beautiful carpet. Quality finish! No visible joining lines. Very impressed with the service & craftsmenship! Even got a follow up call from Installation Manager Steve to check if i was happy with job. Had minor gap in a corner and he sent someone right away to resolve the concern i had. Excellent experience! Highly recommend Atarmon store for Carpet and Installation.

My experience with Carpet call was amazing. Martin helped us find the best quality carpet for very reasonable price. The installers did a mind blowing job. Extremely friendly. Extremly happy with the overall experience. I would strongly recomend carpet call.

I would have given 0 star if there was an option.
I went to carpet call artamon to buy some blinds. They did send a person to measure the blind and asked me to transfer little deposit Which was for ordering blinds and installation booking. After more then a month, they have not still done formal measurement (let alone install the blinds).
So, I can’t speak on behalf of all carpet call, but if you can avoid carpet call artamon for blinds, you will save yourself a big headache.
