Very rude reception. We were about 10mins late to the appointment for an US scan and lady who was there didn't even look at us and said "yesss. ". However the lady who did the scan was friendly and kind.

Rudest examiner I have ever seen in my life. Arrogant and disrespectful towards patient. Disgusting.

Highly recommend this practice. Very helpful staff. Came in thinking I made an appointment here for a family member and not knowing I booked somewhere else. Even though they were very busy they were happy to fit us in if we were okay to wait. Everyone was pleasant from the receptionists to staff at the back who scanned her. Will definitely be coming back again.

I was made to wait 20mins.with a full bladder in great discomfort. I had an appt.for 3pm and was asked had I drunk a lot of water. Despite this I still had to wait 20 mins. This is cruel treatment.

Very very Bad Experience. Not recommend for any one.
Booked appointment one and half week before and when reached for appointment with 7 month baby the receptionist says its not booked and she wanted us to show proof that we had called and booked. The way she talked to us was very rude.
Showed date and time of call from call list and still she s not satisfied and not accepting their mistake. It was very rude behavior from the receptionist and not even ready to say a sorry.overall staff behavior is very rude. Please do not consider this imaging center.
Booked with some other imaging center and feel lucky to get escaped from this kind of humans in this imaging center.

Staff were disrespectful of patient privacy, didn't speak in english in front of me, didn't talk me through procedures before beginning.

Extremely rude staff, they don't have any manners and they consider them self doctors. Think 100 time before you go to this place.

Very friendly caring staff, very fast service and the reception staff are extremely polite. A pleasure to go to.
