I been patient of this place from when I was a kid and we never go anywhere except carlingford or other branches of this company.
Staff are wonderful, experience and professional. The radiologist are the most professional and knowledgeable. I will fully support and recommend them.

Wonderful experience with my first MRI scan. The whole thing was so quick with almost no waiting time. The reception staff was amazing and super efficient. Filled up the form and as soon as I sat down I heard my name being called out for the scan. Changed up and the radiologists were great in explaining to me about everything i needed to know including the safety measures etc.

Wonderful and excellent service provided by all the helpful staff at Carlingford Medical Imaging. I highly recommend this imaging centre and would definitely come back for my scans again.

I visited the facility today with my kids for X-ray. The Manager who served me at the reception desk was rude and disrespectful toward me. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want my kids to be sad. The lady even called me that I don’t know how to send an email she mentioned I have to ask my kids to do it. It was rude. It was about an email didn’t go through so it’s ok she could have said nicely that come back tomorrow. I’m studying this occupational and I know how to deal with the patients. You should be kind and nice but unfortunately today I faced the opposite of what this job requires.

Wendy went above and beyond to help me get a scan on the same day I called even though they were fully booked. I called late in a day after seeing my doctor needing a fairly urgent scan, preferably the same day or early next morning but they were fully booked. Wendy got me a spot with a radiographer and even helped me with parking, something she definitely didn’t need to do yet choose to help.
World needs more people like Wendy and her employer should recognize what a wonderful employee they have. Reputation of this facility is uplifted because of Wendy’s caring customer service. Thank you angel Wendy.

I am not sure why this centre is still running and how come no one question them about their lack of professionalism and rudeness!
I totally agree with all other people giving them one star.
They don’t deserve that either.
I wish people read these feedbacks and stop going there since the manager in this centre has all the problems.
I want to lodge a formal complaint about this manager at HCCC.

Staff were disrespectful of patient privacy, didn't speak in English in front of me, didn't talk me through procedures before beginning. Had the worst time here. So bad that my GP offered to call them up and file a complaint on my behalf, so that I wouldn't have to deal with them again.

Worst ever radiology center. Does not even bother to show the image properly or give hardcopy of photos.

I was so excited about my first ultrasound of my 7 weeks baby, sonographer lady was telling me nothing and doing her stuff, because I was so nervous and I asked is everything all right, she was like can't you wait for minutes, it won't take long,
Then she told me to hold the breath, I was trying because of nervousness I was unable to control my breath and she was rude and said, can't you hold you breath, you are moving continuously, she ruined my all excitement about my baby,
I will never go again, I will recommend everyone not go there at least for first ultrasound
She does not anything on seperate TV, it was difficult for me to see by moving my neck lying down
She does not know how to speak softly with patients,
I told her before that it is my first pregnancy

Had my 12 week NT scan here a very exciting time, bad enough partners can't physically be in there with you the sonographer was very quiet the whole time didnt really talk much or go through anything regarding what I was looking at, I asked for a single photo afterwards but they said you will get photos through the app, I waited a few days no photos, I had to go in there to pick up, a month later still no photos on app anyway. Just didn't enjoy my experience here.

My wife has a fall and was referred here to have an xray today. The technician was so UNPROFESSIONAL and CARELESS. 1. When my wife was told to get up from the table, the machine was still in the way and made my wife bumped her head onto it. 2. My wife was called in again the second time because the technician failed (forgot) to take a view of the patella. 3. During the whole process, the technician was either talking (and laughing) on her phone or chatting with her colleagues, in her own language, and definitely unrelated to her job.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, the more you respond, the less I feel comfortable with your practice.
Thank you for digging out my name, but I am no 'Mr Lee' though my name is also a three letter word starting with an 'L'. So my chances are, I have over 66% probability of not getting a correct medical report from this practice!
If you called this an accident, then it is highly preventable. Don't forget it was your staff telling my wife that it was finished and get up. Anyone with a duty of care should have cleared the way or at least caution the patient. Obviously this did not happen because your staff was too busy chatting on her mobile and laughing with her colleagues, discussing about their lunch!
If you considered this as 'in good hand', 'most experience and knowledge of what she doing', then I prefer to go to someone with less 'experience and knowledge' but with a duty of care and respect the job.

Extremely bad experience, they used to be the best before but since they have opened the new place in carlingford their service has been gone much down, new reception staff and radiologist is very rude and not professional at all.

Today I had to go for a Medical image. It was conducted by a STUDENT & her name was AN. She was such a pleasant person & did the test very well. Very good service. Without any hesitation I could recommend this place for any suitable Medical image/s. In fact I wish her all the success for her future as I was convinced of her polite, great service. The senior staff was good as well.

Very helpful and understanding staff. Speedy service from reception all the way to the staff scanning you. Could not thank them enough for their help. I highly recommend!

Been there couple of times. The radiographers are pretty efficient and professional. But one of the receptionist is particular rude, arrogant and abrupt. She is very defensive and apparently holds attitude to those patients with a different culture/language background. This definitely makes visits awful and depressant.

Friendly staff both reception and technical. Exceptionally helpful manager.

A small practice and looks a bit run down. The service is okay. I arrived for x-Ray and didn’t realise I needed ultrasound. I needed to make an appointment on a weekday to do both. It’s better to avoid to go there on weekend as the waiting area is so small and it’s so busy.

Always receive a very friendly welcome and great service. The staff here are always very caring. Even without an appointment they manage to fit me in and go out of there way to make sure my doctor has my results on time. Highly recommend this place.
