Cape Byron Retreat

Five minutes' drive to central Byron Bay but a world apart. This is a stylish, modern retreat set on a gorgeous green hillside with a herd of cows as neighbors. Everything is first-rate, from the decor to the service to the setting. Drive slowly through the neighborhood and you might have a koala encounter like we did.

Hands down this place is amazing! Great people, great rooms, great breakfast and the wildlife is something else! Loved it so much we extebede our stay

The staff were phenomenal. Organised late check out, massage, guid d to all local services and provided me with a tour of all inventors and future styles of rooms I could book. Friendly, hospitable. Bed was so comfortable and my room was amazing. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Look forward to all my future Byron escapes with cape Byron. Superb job guys I’ll definantly be back!

This place is really gorgeous. The view from the deluxe spa room is awesome and there is a spa in the bedroom. The staff are lovely but the beer is overpriced! $9/ bottle is expensive

Recently stayed at Cape Byron Retreat and was amazed by the serenity and beauty of the property. Only a short drive from the main road in Byron Bay. Highly recommend!

This place was beautiful to spend the night in, I couldn’t recommend it more. I appreciated the effort they put into making the room comfortable yet visually appealing and I wouldn’t have changed a thing. We will definitely come back one day!

Our stay here was lovely, peaceful and relaxing. However I feel as though there should be small kitchenettes in the rooms, or even complimentary water provided in the small bar fridge. Other then that, pleased with the friendliness of staff.

Beautifully decorated with lots of lovely places to relax out after the hustle and bustle of Byron.

A great place to relax. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We stayed 3 nights in the deluxe studio, with a balcony overlooking the valley. We loved having the home cooked breakfast on the balcony, while enjoying the beautiful hinterland views.

I stayed at Cape Byron Retreat for a wedding I attended in Byron and the staff were absolutely the most helpful people, I was able to check in early to prepare for the wedding and they were so lovely and helpful. I cant wait to stay again, the room was stunning, the spa bath was beautiful and relaxing. Amazing atmosphere and very well priced for what your getting. I highly recommend a stay here!

Perfect getaway spot. Lovely staff, home cooked breakfast, nice pool, pretty and well furnished rooms. Situated on a quiet block overlooking the hinterland. You get the easiest access to Byron via Skinners shoot road. Park and walk across the train track without having to drive through traffic.

Absolutely beautiful place and had the best sleep in a long time! The staff were friendly and accommodating and the room was incredibly decorated, we had everything we needed. Will definitely come back again:)
