Even with a lockdown going on, Camera Warehouse were a pleasure to deal with and made sure the whole process was smooth. Products for shipping were protected well with no issues and will definitely shop with again
I ordered on 21st June and assumed it would have been posted on the 22nd. When it wasn't, I contacted and told no stock and next shipment expected on 24th JULY. I contacted in July and was told it was in their warehouse, yet it was only despatched the following day, after I contacted them again. I was happy with price of product etc, but was annoyed with lack of feedback until I asked for it. I will use again but hope for more transparency next time. My total order was over $7000.
I bought a significantly expensive camera from their website. They website states 2 day delivery. I got a confirmation email that I bought the item but it said to wait for shipping confirmation. 3 days went by and I got no shipping confirmation. I emailed them about it and then they got back to me telling me that they have subtracted a certain amount under $1 and I need to confirm the amount before they send me my item. They said they do this for security reasons and credit card fraud. I understand that it is to keep their business safe but I think it was highly unprofessional that I had to email them for the information after spending hundreds of dollars on their site and that they didn’t apologise for the inconvenience when I needed the item for my business. Would not recommend buying from from them online.
Great purchasing experience. The site was easy to navigate and use. I was informed of the delivery stages, including a reminder either the day before or on the morning of the product arriving.
Good shopping experience with these guys. Ordered some wireless mic units, kept me informed all the way including an unexpected "1 unit is unfortunately on backorder", but since we were in lockdown, wasn't a big deal. Was able to collect locally when available. Will always use these guys:)
Overall a good experience but the online check-out was confusing as it is not clear if the first or second screen is for billing or delivery address. Not an issue if your billing and delivery address is the same but I was purchasing for delivery to a friend.
Great price for the lens I wanted- exceptional service in adding the flash in the order after purchase to eliminate postage!
I was looking for a similar camera to the Panasonic HC-V270 I had accidentally broken a few months back and found just what I needed to upgrade from that camera: a Panasonic HC-V180, which is almost identical to the HC-V270, except with this one, you can use it as a webcam, which is a huge plus for me when screen-recording videos and adding a facecam. Has not failed me at all. It's a great product
I have been shopping at CamerWarehouse for over 12 years now. They have never disappointed me with online deliveries. The quality of packaging is always solid and secure. This time, there was a little delay in dispatching the lens possibly because of the Covid situation in Sydney area at that time. I would whole-heartedly recommend them as the first and last stop to buy your photographic equipments in Australia.

All went relatively smoothly. I had to follow up after the initial order was placed. They had a security process to check that I was the owner of the credit card I used which was of course fine, but I wasn't made aware. After that the delivery was under way and the goods turned up shortly after. All ok - and I would buy again.

Good prices. Be aware not everything on their website is actually in stock. I had to cancel half of my order. Slow despatch and virtually zero communication / replies to email. Won’t be back.

RECOMMEND! As an independent (read impoverished) artist expanding my practice to include photography I needed a lens and tripod - Came to Camera Warehouse for the great sale prices and will return for the excellent service. The lens I ordered online turned out to not be in stock but I received a call on the same day I placed the order offering to take the lens model from a camera kit so I wouldnt have to wait on stock of the single lenses to arrive and they offered to provide a discount as it would be sent in a plain box rather than the branded one. The staff I spoke with on the phone were brilliant - friendly, helpful and professional - thanks so much:)
I purchased a Canon Selphy photo printer. It took a little while to ship however I had a staff member reach out to me within a day of purchasing to let me know of the delay and asked if I’d like to proceed with purchase or if I’d like to cancel and receive a refund. I wasn’t too worried about the delay so I decided to proceed and I’m glad I did. Product was 100% as described and arrived when the staff member said it would. Super stoked with my new little photo printer and highly recommend!
