Truly best camera warehouse in the city and all accessories for camera with solutions. All staffs working here are very nice and friendly. All brands of SLR, DSLR camera solutions available here. Its just beside the road so there is easy access. Very big space inside. Heaps of camera models and design. Best place to buy camera and also best place to visit for photographers.

Had previously shopped here with a decent experience although recently I confirmed with staff an item was in stock so continued to make the purchase. Drove all the way there and waited for 15 minutes to be told they made a mistake and the lens wasn’t actually in stock.

I was fine at this point and requested a refund which they told me I’d receive. Now 2 days later and no update or a refund when most stores would do it instantly.

Definitely not a good experience and sadly wouldn’t want to shop here in the future.

I accessed the website to order two items. While the system failed to do what it was supposed to do the staff at Camera Warehouse contacted me and fixed the issue.

The price was the best I could find on the Internet. Each time I called them they answered the call right away and redirected my order exactly as I requested with no fuss and zero cost. Great communication.

Bought a 50mm prime lens online from this guys. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. What I liked was their large online catalogue, competitive prices, added payment security process to avoid frauds and prompt delivery.

Pretty disappointed really. Ordered a bag and strap which were both great prices however the order didn't ship for another week after because of stock is issues. I didn't receive any notification of a delay, no reply to an email or a chat request, after a phone call to the store a nice gent informed me of the issue but I wouldn't have recieved this if I didn't call. Then the parcel arrived like this. Not good enough these days guys, all you had to do was reply to an email or chat and put some effort into packing. Unfortunately for you, your competitors are doing a much better job.

Overall I had a good experience with CW. I am giving 4 stars as the email response given to me was not correct and probably wasn't given much thought to it. However, when I called the store, they confirmed the email response was wrong and added that they will process my order as fast as they could. The guy on the phone was very accommodating and explained the process well. I got my order on time with no delays.

Recently I bought my first camera online and experience was great! Stuff is very friendly and always ready to help. The package came safe and everything was in excellent condition. I highly recommend Camera Warehouse to everyone. I’ll definitely buy again!

Ordered online which was saying 'in stock' but they sent me email that they don't have stock and now I have to wait until they get the stock

Prompt response and despatch of my order; it took a long time to arrive but that was Australia Post and beyond your control.
