81Worst service staff attitude I ever seen for different Holden dealership, not willing to explain why charge extra. Basically no service at all or do as they said. Ok, bye bye, going to other Holden dealership who treat customer with dignity rather than laughing at someone who ask questions.
Was a pleasure to buy a car and made easy without the hassles. Stephen was easy to deal with and friendly and never pressured for the sale. Overall good experience and I’m happy with the new car.
I must say great responsible sales people. But service department is below expectation. Service did my 90k service but no one knows whether manufacturer recommended transmission fluid change was done or not! I believe they didn't. I'd recommend their sales team but definitely not the service.
Great sales by Steve, thanks! He went out of his way to answer any questions we had. Very helpful without being pushy. Had a very pleasing experience being our daughters first car.

Went to look at a used car and meet Troy. Troy was just fantastic to deal with. He made the decision to purchase a car so easy and provided a great customer experience an pushed for a good deal. Absolutely no pressure, honest. Not your normal used car salesman that we all expect to meet. To the Dealer Principal you have a real asset in this man. The team are fabulous. Jarryd has done an exceptional job from going thru the test drive and even cleaning the car for me. Brian has done a fabulous job. From start to finish the whole team have been spot on with everything.
Much better customer service here than at Campbelltown. They take the time to listen. Less chaotic than Campbelltown.
Tried confusing/misleading me on a cars variant. Escalated to Mitsubishi head office with the evidence. Stephen Hannan is the sales guy, try stay clear of him.
BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY THE ***BMW X5*** We had an NRMA inspection done on this vehicle and all we can say is thank god we did! We have saved ourselves thousands of $$$! We were assured when we agreed to buy the vehicle we were wasting our money on the NRMA inspection because the vehicle had been through their workshop and any mechanical issues resolved! The vehicle turns out has been involved in an accident and has numerous mechanical issues! The sales men are very pushy and as it turns out have no technical knowledge! We didn't even get an apology they asked us if we would like to buy a different car? ! Got to be joking! No idea how they sleep at night! The deposit was refunded back after chasing for it! Communication is no issue when they want to sell you a car they will chase you for a deposit but the moment you want your deposit back they don't want to be contacted. We did get the deposit in the end and the very next day the car is back up for sale even with the managing director well aware of all the issues they are selling with this vehicle! Very disappointing completely wasted our time and money!

Have bought 2 cars from this dealership before and service was always forthcoming, given I already knew exactly what I wanted. When we looked to purchase a 3rd vehicle for a younger sibling the salesmen used pressure tactics. Service department also questionable trying to 'wallet flush' my partner expecting her to not know half the items recommended were worthless.
Expensive but was able to negotiate a good deal and customer services was great. Was a bit pushy with the upsell get extras once we agreed to buy the car though
