81 I attended the dealership in December 2015 and purchased a new Hyundai accent. On delivery of the car, the vehicle was scratched all over bonnet, roof and doors, i spoke with mamager Roco who informed us that at the 1500k service they would put paint protection on once they buff out the scratches. On picling up the car it was nice and clean and all the scratches were gone. I was advised that the paint protection had been put on the vehicle and it has a lifetime warranty. The paint has now started peel and fade and bubble. I have rung Hyundai at Smearon grange and have been advised that they have no record of thd paint protection. I was also advised that a manager would give me a ring to discuss before the end of the day. I have now waited 48hrs to speak with someone and still no return call. I have sat on hold for 15mins trying to get through and then i have been disconnected.
For a company that apparently prides it self on good customer services. It fails dismissaly in after sales communication.
Extremely disappointing and i will be taking my hard earn money elsewhere

Service my car here today, and i was very disappointed, someone called me and left a voicemail about my brake pads needed to be replaced. I called them about this and the receptionist informed that she can’t advice me about the brake pads but would get someone from the service team to call me, 2 hrs and 30 mins went by, no phone call from the service team. The centre is about to close and still no one had called me. In the mean time I called them 4 times requesting to speak to someone from the service department, the receptionist kept on telling me no one from service could answer my call. I find this service very appalling. What sort of service centre is this, that no one from service centre can actually speak to me about my brake pads. Very disappointed!

We received exceptional service at Camden Valley Motors with a recent new car purchase.
Tristan from Sales was very easy to deal with, accommodated our requests, and gave us regular updates on the status of our car.
He went above and beyond and was able to have our car ready for delivery, accessories, and all, in just 2 months! (4 months ahead of planned).

Purchased a used car from Logan sight unseen. He went out of his way to provide pictures and videos of the car for me to see from interstate, so i could avoid the trip over to inspect. Communication was fast and hassle free at every step. Logan arranged transport and the car was delivered interstate in less than 2 weeks from initial contact, in exactly the condition described and shown in supplied photos.

Where do I start…. How do you guys call yourself professionals? The patronising, and condescending manner that you guys handle yourself is beyond a joke. I would strongly recommend to anyone to stay away from Camden valley Motors unless you want to be treated like you don’t matter. I had my Transmission Fail on my second hand 2021 Hyundai I30 N-Line manual, upon having the the car towed to the dealership Aaron (service advisor) assured me everything would be fine and to leave it to him. He told me it’d take him 3 weeks to even inspect the issue even tho the issue was very apparent (clunking metal noises from the gearbox and gear shifter locked in reverse) why does it take that long?
Further to that they had the gearbox there and didn’t even know about it for 1 week how are you guys operating especially being such a large business?
After they finally pulled my gear box out after 2 1/2 months without my car they told me I needed a new clutch I asked for photos for the old clutch for proof I needed a new one they advised they had already thrown it out and I needed a new one. They told me I had two choices aftermarket and genuine, genuine would take 10weeks to arrive and aftermarket they could have it done in 1 day. I advised Rocco (service manager) that money was definitely not an issue when it come to the cost of the clutch. I asked if this would effect any warranties he then said it wouldn’t effect the warranties as they aren’t covered. So I went with an aftermarket clutch cause they said if I wanted genuine I had to return the hire car as it’d be my choice to go genuine.
Further to this I picked the car up and noticed a whining nose once the clutch was engaged I rang Aaron back and advised of the issue I was met with a rude, disrespectful and condescending customer service. Was told to ride it out and bring it back eventually for my service they advised me it was fine I was told it was my throw out bearing by my personal mechanic I asked them to pull the gearbox out and they then told me because I went with a non genuine clutch they can’t do anything for me unless I paid $800!
Upon trying to negotiate with them I advised them I was seeking help from fair trading Rocco told me good luck we’re not doing anything for you in regards to your complaint!
How you guys are still in business I have no idea I will never recommend anyone to attend your business or to even buy a car from your business should be ashamed of staff scam artists!
