So far Callaghers has been extremely helpful and understanding during my difficult move in the holiday period. The bond email was delayed but im sure they will be able to re-send it to me as they have been extremely helpful up to this point. I will edit and update as it happens. To summarise my review, they have been lovely to deal with so far and i hope to enjoy a long professional relationship with Callaghers and thier team.

We rented through Callagher recently for a property in Annandale. I cannot express how highly I would recommend this agency. Eileen Carroll (Property Manager) is hands down the best property manager I have ever met and is such a lovely person. Any issue was immediately addressed, there was always an honest and transparent approach and our bond was returned in full (which few agencies these days will do).

On top of this when the property was put up for sale as we were relocating, we dealt with James Burke & Diana Vescio who incredibly polite, respectful, always checked in with us, they even brought us 3 bottles of wine + chocolates when we vacated.

Cannot express how grateful I am to have worked with this team and will definitely be using them again in the future!

Harrison was great with the house viewings, and recommended us other similar places when we showed up to one of his viewings - hugely helpful! The application with Callagher was smooth and easy, and once we got approved they made everything very clear and easy to follow. All round positive experience so far with Callagher:)

The team has been very lovely and present in each part of the process, following up any enquire and requirement that needs to be arranged before and after moving into the house. Very professional and willing to help all time.

I recently took on a lease managed by Callagher Estate Agents. It was a smooth and professional process with responsive and friendly staff at every stage.

They seem to have a great relationship with the owner also, which makes me feel confident that any requests will be passed on and resolved quickly.

The well managed process around the documentation and the open communication will no doubt be a huge benefit to both myself and the owner.

Callagher are not good property managers, and I would dissuade anyone with a rental property from using them.

They do not communicate well, are rude.

They recommended an absurd raise in the rent, then the tenants left. The next tenants subsequently rented the property for less than the previous tenants would have been willing to pay.

They are more keen on winning arguments than coming to workable solutions.

They are rude and accusatory, and their payment system is a mess. When it glitches, they will blame you for any discrepancies and then charge you additional fees.

Liana is an amazing lady. She was helpful and friendly throughout the rental process. Highly recommended.

This company operates terribly. I had a recent encounter with them a few weeks ago. Everyone who is reading this, DO NOT ENGAGE THEM! Seriously. Such a joke of a realestate company. Use anyone but them.

So after a month of looking for rentals, we finally ended up at Callagher Annandale.

I first met Josh who is very approachable and very helpful. I met Josh again on another inspection and he was even more helpful and helped me get the property.

Liana on the other hand is very well spoken and kept me updated regardless of the wait time, she was very patient through out the journey.

I really appreciate the good communication and a very approachable team.

Joanne Marden has been a phenomenal manager during our time at a Callagher property. Always professional and attentive, treating us like valued tenants and removing the stress that can be associated with renting. Highly recommend!

They force you to use their app to pay your rent which charged you a $1.95 fee every time you pay.

Very smooth experience so far. Inspection was organised and welcoming, the team was always available to chat and eager to help. Looking forward to leasing with Callagher.
