I am really disappoint today with the service they gave it to me. They put an inspection from 11: 30 to 11: 45. But they didn't show up when I was still there for nearly half an hout more. I called the agent but he said that he will call me back but he didn't. If they wouldn't come then why do they put an inspection date? How informal is that with the property agent?

I had tired to sell my home for a while now, i first listed last year with another agent and was completely dissatisfied and upset about the results. After using two unreliable Real Estate agents to manage my relatively new investment property I was researching Agents again, after walking along Argyle St, Camden and talking to prospective Real Estate Agents I came across Harcourts Paramount, Camden Shop front, not happy that I could not walk in I did remember receiving a flyer earlier which prompted me to phone, I was put through to Domenic who convinced me to visit his Gregory Hills office.
I made an appointment and my wife and I visited Domenic who explained how his office is operated and we signed up with Harcourts Paramount. We came across to Harcourts with a lot of garbage to deal with as the house was tenanted and the rent was paid by a third party (Insurance Company) also I did not release the bond to the previous tenants so I had to deal with Ncat and the previous property management showed a conflict of interest.
My wife and I attended conciliation and to no avail the case was referred to a hearing, received the Ncat formal hearing notice and had no idea how to deliver the evidence as per notice, I phoned Domenic with my problems he assured me not to worry and quickly allocated an appointment for my wife and I to visit him at his office. Domenic analysed the evidence listed it in order and printed it, three lots for each party three hours work and refused to invoice me.
The existing tenant on transfer to Harcourts refused to communicate as her relationship with her insurance company had strained as she was under insured, the rent was late and the tenant made it difficult for all parties including myself as I had passed on my contact details as I was researching a new agent.
Domenic handled the situation professionally and promptly not to mention replied to my email at 7: 30 pm telling me that he didn't want his landlords wondering.
Ncat was a victory and this credit belongs to Domenic who has taught me the tribunal processes and giving me courage, now I will pursue the previous agent for misconduct.
Congratulations on the Century 21 brand I can not thank Domenic and his team enough.

When I was calling around looking for an agent to manage my property I knew from the first 30 seconds this was the agent I was going with.

Dom has been managing my property for a few years now and I cant fault the service. I have recently given Dom my granny flat to manage as well.

I dealt with Lana and first impressions were excellent. It was immediately clear she knew the market and didn’t try and spin or over-promise like other agents I have dealt with.

She was open to negotiating the deal, after I had a poor experience with another agent.

She was easy to talk to and listened to my concerns during the selling process. I could call her and she would answer her phone and would always leave a message if she called back.
