Unfortunately due to business handover, I was linked with C21 Paramount. My experience was that there was poor communication in that I was not updated on any of the inspections, applications or interest in the property. When I contacted the team to request updates, I had the privilege of speaking to Dom who was arrogant in his communication, did not attempt to take ownership or find a way to be better, and was actually dishonest about the attempted contact made with me. Being a supposed business owner, you would think there would be some business acumen, interpersonal skills and client relations capacity, none of which Dom possesses. Just a little recommendation, and opinion, you may wish to seek some humanity and interpersonal skills as a little bit of kindness in your approach will do more for you than your greed and self-interest. Further if you talk about the business, another agent was able to successfully lease my property in under a week, what C21 Paramount was unable to in over one month. I would definitely recommend seeking any other agency over this one.

Edit: And as expected you have blatantly lied about me calling you “slaves”, it is actually horrific the extent of your dishonesty, if only there were recordings. This is not a character debate, but a review on my experience with your business. I wonder if your time may be better spent reflecting on your behavior and taking on feedback to improve rather than berating and lying about a customer online? I think your response allows impending customers a glimpse of how you manage your business. Best wishes to you.

Rented a property through Century 21 and whilst the process was smooth initially, we encountered a few issues after we vacated the property.

We were accused of damaging 2 sets of Venetian blinds, which were in working order when we vacated the property. Century 21 tried to claim $2000 out of the bond to replace the blinds. When I spoke to Domenic, he advised me to speak directly with PHOENIX GROUP, the company which had quoted him for the replacement. I spoke to them and they were certain that the blinds were unrepairable and it would cost $2000 for them to be replaced. I had a strange feeling as the stories from Domenic and PHOENIX GROUP didn’t quite add up. So I proceeded with a secondary opinion/quote. Unfortunately the blinds were already removed by the time the new company went in to do a quotation. However at the end of the day, the new company only charged $700 for the replacement of 2 brand new Venetian blinds which matched the rest of the house. A difference of $1,300! It felt like we were taken advantage of and it’s left us with a really bad experience overall.

Very professional team that go above and beyond for their customers. Unlike a lot of other real estate agents, they definitely don't treat tenants like second-rate citizens.
