Great Devonshire Tea and found they had such nice soft scones. It's a fascinating place with all those tea pots. The staff are most friendly. Good for a quick afternoon tea.

Wow! Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. The lovely lady who served us was 10/10, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was wonderful. It was so good, I can’t wait to come back!

Amazing place with great atmosphere, perfect for high tea. I definitely recommend getting scones and tea! Although, when we came, no wait staff was to be found so we had to go around the shop to figure out where to order but it wasn’t that bad.

Always the most amazing scones with wonderful service from the wait staff! An incredibly vast and varied assortment of teapots in the museum - it’s so interesting seeing all of the different styles from through the centuries around the world. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Leura.

Lovely place for tea and scones. Must visit the museum and enjoy the tea with the entrance fee.

Service was unprofessional. A cup of tea costs $15.

First of all, I’m so Sorry for posting my ridiculous review. I thought it was a good idea to drive two hours and enjoy the museum.
The tea books sale there also had a novel idea, so I bought a few for family gifts.
However, I ordered the same tea with another friends, but only one teapot we have to share with other friends.
And I didn’t expect The filter hole was large and the leaves are all mixed into the tea cup.a little disappointed in the detail. There’s many different filters size.
And I have questions,
1, Does the teacup design difference depending on the price of the tea you drink there?
Because compared to the beautiful tea cups I had seen in the museum, the tea cups I drank were not very attractive.for the price I paid. If there’s different teacups I’d like visit you again!

2Are you unwilling to listen to a customer's critique?

3. Isn't it the order to first ask what the problem was?

4. Wasn't a review supposed to describe how I felt when I visited there?

Lastly, A bad review can sometimes help your shop.

The cafe there was great! We ordered quite a lot of items but received them fairly quickly. In the Teapot Museum, there are so many types of teapots to interest and fascinate even the hardest to please children. Although it's a long drive to get to this place, it's definitely worth it.

Must stop at this place if you're in Leura, splendid experience, good coffee and very good customer service.

A very different experience like you are in a Victorian era. Such good collection of kettles and crystal and lots of more things.

There is also a shop where you can buy jewellery, and other items such as crockery, decoration items, knitted stuff etc. You wouldn't be disappointed.

Extremely rude staff. The place was dirty. A staff member blew his nose and then proceeded to serve food. Disgusting

A beautiful museum and wonderful location for morning tea. The best scones in the blue mountains and a lovely selection of tea to compliment. Thank you for a lovely experience.

I loved this tea shop. In all the time I've been coming to the mountains it was my first visit. I'm so glad I went. The scones were yummy and the display of tea pots is amazing. I bought some magic nights tea, I'll have it tonight for New Years Eve. That will be magical.

Loved this place, I could spend hours and my whole pay check here.
The history behind all the treasures is just amazing.
My only concern was the service. Yes it was extremely busy and staff were sick which is completely understandable considering the heightened stress although we witness rudeness towards another guest and it made myself and my partner feel like walking out for a bit there.
