Bunnings West Gosford

My small order with Bunnings West Gosford got lost while in transit. I was not looking forward to chasing my small order up, with a large company like Bunnings, I thought my problem would get lost in the shemozzle of Covid mail, deliveries, shopping online, auspost etc. After emailing only once, providing proof my order was lost in transit, Tracy from Bunnings called me to let me know she would deliver my order to my front door. Yeh I’m impressed. Thank you Bunnings West Gosford.

It was discracefu.l im 49yo lady with a failed hip replacement I asked 4 people if they could help me but they all just gave me isle numbers and no assistance at all I even asked one staff member if he could help me with the lengths of curtain rods as I had inches n they were in cm (I was told he didn’t have a clue n that was it) so for a 5 minute run to bunnies took over an hour and I probably didn’t get the right stuff in the end anyways. They coud see me limping and struggling but not one person asked me if I needed assistance. Never again for me I’m disgusted I just wanted to breakdown in tears in the shop it gave me bad anxiety

Got a call to say my order was ready, get there and my order was in several sections around the warehouse and part of the order was missing and had to wait for them to complete the order

A special call out to the guy in the wood section who saved me a whole afternoon of cutting sheets in strips by doing it in house.absolute legend.

This place is huge and it everything. The kids playground is nice too. The staff is often helpful.

My favorite Bunnings. Staff are super firmest and helpful. Shoutout to Justin and Char for being super spectacular!
And always seem to have everything h we need.

They offer a drive and collect option and tell you to ring a number when you arrive and YET, nobody answers the phone and nobody has a clue or apologises when you go inside. Because of covid there were hardly any customers there so I don't know what excuse they have to provide such poor service!

Great customer service and always a smile. Unfortunately they didn't have chicken feed. The only thing I went in there for. But a joyful experience anyway.

The gentleman Steven and the girl Melissa were fantastic this morning when I had to return a lawnmower. Thanking them so much for their great customer service.

Use bunning litrally everyday.not having a trade specialist at the trade counter until 8am is a bit if a joke really! Every site opens at 7am.therefore every tradesman/employer will be there around if not before that time. Management.it dosnt take a rocket scientist to figure out the problem here! It's so frustrating for customers and the poor staff too who are not trained in that area get the flak for it! A big issue that needs sorting out.

I love Bunnings. Could spend hours in there. Too afraid to do so in case I ruin the budget!
Lots of parking is available. Very Covid compliant. Though they have started up their BBQ stand again, which is good to see. Feels like normal again.

Easy too find things, staff are helpful, wheelchairs friendly, with trade ute and truck access, good old bbq sausages at the door

Wonderful service, staff very helpful from my initial question to helping put product in my car. Only note is to be quick as there may not be as much stock nowadays.
